Been renting at nw self storage at 82nd drive for a couple years, place is conveniently located and Tyler the manager is a great guy to work with, very responsive and supportive with all your business needs.

It's a good location for me, nice staff, fair prices, good hours (6am-10pm storage access) honestly can't go wrong. They haven't jacked up my price, easy access as well

Very CLEAN, affordable units. Easy to nagavate as well..The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and informative....patient with my son as he asked him 20 questions as well. I was very impressed. The hallways were cleaner than any other storage facility I've been, no one lingering around units, or camped out around them. Location also a plus. Super easy to get to....The first month discount was really nice as well. That to was easy...guy knows what hes doing.

I have rented a facility here for over 4 years and have had nothing but good experiences with this specific location. Any time I have interacted with this team has been positive. They call directly if there are any issues with your account in order to attempt correction before things get out of hand. They are great about quick response times and helping with updates. Tyller is very proactive and quick to respond and update account records as needed. The site is secure, in a convenient location, and they offer multiple sizes of units. You can even buy your lock directly from them if you don't happen to already have one. I would recommend this location to others.

Quick and easy, and the price was right!

I was recently in a severe Car accident and forgot about my monthly charge. They called me to remind me, saving me a fee! I absolutely love that they call or text me when I’m almost past due! Shows they care!!

Fantastic affordable place! The weather protection is excellent. I had to store a good chunk of my belongings for a year until moving to a larger place and it was all just as clean and safe as when I'd moved it in. The manager is very available, helpful and responds quickly to communications.

Tyler was windsrful and kept great communication with me so I didn’t get a late fee regarding my delayed payment due to fraud on my card. I had to cancel my card on file and wait for a new one to arrive. I appreciate your proactiveness so I didn’t have additional charges

Let me start off by saying this review would have 5 stars if it was solely about Tyller, site manager. He always tries to be helpful. The company, on the other hand, is an entirely different story. They are a supreme example of corporate greed. The rate hikes are egregious and they don’t care. They’re also not interested in long term tenants by making sure they are considered. As a business owner I need storage that is affordable and accessible. When I originally rented here there were numerous law enforcement agencies that also rented. There was NEVER any crime. Most of them are gone now and the criminals know it. Though I know Tyller is aware, there’s only so much he can do. My previous attempts to address issues with corporate have gone unanswered. Tbh I miss the local ownership and hands on approach.

Rented a storage unit online and description said it had a roll up door. Turns out it’s a normal man door. Was a little bummed about that. I had to move my father to Portland in a hurry, along with a bunch of his stuff. The folks at Northwest Self Storage were very helpful and communicative in getting the account for the unit setup quickly so that we were ready to go when we arrived. When we finally moved the last of his stuff out, they contacted me to confirm that they had closed out the account before I even had a chance to contact them! Good folks and a nice storage facility!

We are in the middle of two home renovations and a move and needed a place to stage some items. We stopped by Northwest Self Storage and spoke with Tyller. He was very helpful and showed us the various storage options. He then helped us rent a unit, purchase a lock and set its combination, and establish access to the facility. We've started putting items in the unit and it is making a difficult process a little easier.

Tyler is one of the best managers ever. We are a nonprofit organization and have been really under the guns lately! This is a great place to store your home or business! We rest at night knowing our fundraising items are in good care. I would store no place else. We have our 26ft commercial truck there as well. Just all in all a good decision for us.

Any time I’ve ever needed to store anything, they’re my go to. Especially this last time. I forgot to cancel & called the day after & they were able to completely help me out. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Always secure & never had any issues.

Okay first of all this is the best place I've ever stored my stuff in. They are seriously strict on the security of the place. Not a single truck or trailer has been broken into. Which as you know most of these places that is a huge problem but NOT here! Also Tyller is the property manager, he is absolutely the best to work with. I’ve had units at this location for 20 years. I’ve seen several managers come an go some have become friends. The current manager Tyler is really on top of the very few issues that arise. I have never had a theft problem and have always felt safe on the property regardless of the time. I frequently recommend people to rent units here.

Went with this location because they had the best price for the unit size I was looking for. Glad I did after getting some help from Tyller. He was professional and prompt which made the whole process really straightforward.

They were ery helpful people working there.I felt safe being on the premises to go through my things and to have my kids with me. Very clean good sized units and they are willing to work with people to the extent of there ability. I would rent here again only thing I would change is the property open hours because 8 am until 9 pm is not enough time for me.

They were wonderful people Judy was fabulous she was there to answer every question that I had I've never rented before and she took care of everything she made me feel part of the family good job guys 😊😊

Amazing staff, complete family vibe kind of a feel, they have always been on top of things. My unit had flooded but they were great at explaining things to me, offered me to move units even just in case!! They were always supportive. I even had a psycho ex who tried to force her way to getting into my unit, but the amazing staff kept her away and managed to maintain the peace. Thank you for all you do, you guys are amazing!1 If I even need another storage unit in the area, guaranteed they will be my first place to go!!

It's my mom's storage place for year's.

Love this place. I only have one, minor issue with my storage unit. The only time I've been Claustrophobic, was a M.R.I. at hospital. First visit to my storage, I opened the entry door, walked the short hallway to my unit. As soon as I got to the pull up door for my unit, I felt claustrophobic, Panicked, short of breath. I had to run outside to calm down, catch my breath. Strange part is nothing in hallway that would make a person(normal person)feel confined, and claustrophobic. Next visit, same thing. Now, I have to leave the entry door halfway opened to avoid the claustrophobia every visit. This has nothing to do with, or is a negative reflection on the business or employees. Just a weird quirk for the ol fella I guess.

Had to pick up my key and sadly put in my 30 day notice because I cant afford to keep paying, and family just moved out so I'll be moving stuff into the house. I will miss my storage unit. Plus it's basically my favorite number for my unit number. Its crazy.
