I am currently renting a unit here, and the other day, I just added another unit. Each time, I worked with a different manager to get my rental started, and it was a good experience. Megan and Yvonne are the two women who got me setup. Yvonne helped me at the last minute before the office closed, because I mistakenly assumed it would be fast to add a second unit to my account. But the storage company process dictated we go through all of the setup motions again. It was right at the end of the day, and I want to thank her so much for sticking around to help. She was so kind. Their professional demeanor made me feel confident that I picked a location that cares about the property. It's pretty clean, one of the managers lives on the property, and that's always a plus. There are some video cameras around, although I wish there were more, even as a deterrent in some spots. But there are no signs of break-in problems like at other units. All of the doors look solid, no pry marks. The units all have sealed ceilings, so no one can climb over the units like at other storage companies. My one complaint now that I am in two different buildings, is that 1-2 out of the 3 hallways doors into a building, will not unlock after typing the code, and yes, jiggling the handle. I think the locks are old. But humorously, they sure do work, and maybe the building is more secure from opportunistic who jiggle handles to find unlocked ones. But anyways, the unit rates are some of the best in town. Glad I found this place!

Recently got a unit at this location, I did everything online. When we came to put some stuff in the unit there was no working lights and I had no idea there was another to my unit 🤦🏻‍♀️ the next day I got a call saying the say the door open and they put a lock on the door but to please come to the office. When we came the office it was 10 till closing time and Megan greeted us with such a positive and nice attitude. She came and fixed out lights! So far our experience has been been very positive. We have rented at this same location before and it’s great to see improvement.

I've been using NW Self Storage (specifically the SE 122nd Portland location) for over 10 years... and at times, I've had up to 5 storage units. They have been nothing short of awesome. I was with them prior to becoming part of the NW Self Storage network and they've continued to honor my previous pricing with small increases (to be expected) instead of jacking up the rates overnight. They are quick to respond to repair requests and the onsite staff have been great to deal with. I would continue to choose this company for storage needs.

I LOVE this location/company. Every person that works here goes above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable. I had never rented a space before and was expecting a huge shipment. I was VERY nervous to say the least about missing the truck, getting everything through the gate etc. I need have never worried - the lady working there called me at home the moment the truck came in and directed them to my unit I arrived. Access was easy and the whole experience was great. Simply amazing service and very friendly people. I would absolutely recommend this location.

This was our first heated day in months. I was meeting a guy here for a Craigslist ad item I thought to buy. I had my times mixed up and had to wait for over an hour. The manager came out to see if I needed help, and offered me a glass of water while waiting. A+ in my book.
