Quiet. Secure. Punch in and punch out,I like that! Not a 24hr access which takes care of the unwanted loitering. I like the process from the online details and payment, within minutes I had a unit secured and ready for me at the size I was looking for. The unit was ready to use and empty though I felt the need for some cleaning action to happen. Deal online with easy payment was a breeze and the staff was great.

I have been renting a unit here for going on three years. I started off with the smallest unit possible, and as our home business expanded, I now have the largest unit. I love the convenience of the location, I feel safe because it is gated and has on site management. And customer service is always excellent! Ruby is a gem !!

Rather not said, but there's the good and bad...

I had a one car garage size and it was perfect to fit my entire household items in it while I really needed the time to transition to my new place! No problems with tampering, or anyone bothering me while I was there. When I called I always had someone polite and helpful on the other end, and when I went into the office someone was always there to greet me with a smile! This was a great facility. I'm thankful for the storage while I needed it and would rent again if I ever needed another one for sure!

We relocated from Florida to Oregon this year, and needed to find a space to store our belongings while we searched for a home. I spoke with Katie before we even arrived in Oregon to arrange our storages rental, and she was incredibly helpful and kind, we felt completely comfortable renting sight unseen. We stored our belongings for 8 months, and had no problems at all. Katie was always a pleasure to chat with, always cheerful, helpful and kind. The facility itself was well kept, secure, and we always felt safe. We will definitely return if we have a future need.

Had a unit here for the last 2 years. Not a single problem.

They came to our rescue on short notice and provided a large storage unit for our household goods after our move-in date got pushed back three weeks.

This is one of the most secure storage units I have ever had! (and I’ve had many over the years). It’s a coded gate system to enter the property so when I am inside my huge storage unit by myself - I never feel unsafe. Management here is beyond helpful. When I needed extra storage I went to Katie and she and I had the contract signed”key in hand” in 10 minutes! Pleasant and easy to deal with.

Quick, polite, and professional!

Katie was amazing, she was very helpful and easy to work with! Since COVID-19 hit it seem that the service industry has gone down hill, people have gotten lazy and don’t care any more, then use the pandemic as the excuse. Well that’s not the case at Northwest Self Storage! Katie went out of her way to make us feel we could count on her for any of our storage needs and she went above and beyond to accommodate us! Thank again!

This place is amazing! Laurie, the manager, is so sweet and helpful. We had to move two storage units into another one and Laurie made sure we had a dolley cart, lots of water, and was super supportive. Her and the district manager worked with us and helped make a difficult situation so much smoother and I appreciate it so much. 😊 Ever need your stuff stored, this definitely should be on the list of businesses to call.

We have rented a storage unit for a short time. The service is fantastic. Lori, the manager, is so helpful! We live out of state and she helped us coordinate moving our belongings, without us having to physically be there. Every time we call she does everything she can to find the information we need. I had a storage facility at Northgate Storage for the past three years. It was the best experience I've had at any storage facility. Safety, cleanliness, and the management were excellent. The manager, Lori LeDoux , was so professional , helpful and kept the facility clean and in excellent condition. I highly recommend this storage facility.

The people that work in the office are great. HOWEVER the CALL CENTER people will cost you a lot of unnecessary MONEY that you CAN get back.
