Nik has been an absolute god send through out this challenging time...I lost my mother, my job, and my relationship and came here and found security service and the closest thing to friendship from a buisness relationshio..

My review is only for Nik.. Nik is amazing... he is personable, professional, knowledgeable and has a legitimate solution for every problem / issue. This company on the other hand, I cannot say I have the same opinion. They advertise the amount of a unit and then next thing you know... they are raising the rent and it has not even been 6 months. Why would they want to retain customers anyway? just shady... Again, the only reason they retained me as a customer is because of Nik... I would have been more than happy to take my business elsewhere... but he and his customer service went a long way with me.

Amanda the field manager got me over to Nik, thank you. Nik on the Cipole Rd unit in Tualatin OR is the sweetest man ever! I got a 10 X 20 outdoor unit for a fair market price. He is helpful, and he made such a difficult time for me, sooooo much easier. I had been struggling with the process before meeting him. I feel safe there! It feels like home away from home there, meaning I am happy to place my most precious items of all there, and I feel confident that all will be well there, because he watches over the place. There is no rif raf or funny business there. I just love this facility, and I love Nik. I cannot tell how much this place means to me. This place has great prices, lots of room and high ceilings for stacking. The property is well cared for and even the restroom was clean. The manager Nick helped make the process smooth and stress-free.

We rented a storage unit at Northwest Self Storage for just under a year and had a great experience. Nick the property manager for this site gave amazing customer service, was always nice every time we saw him and incredibly helpful. This location was secure and safe so we recommended this site to our friends and family who had the same experience as we did.

This is a very convenient, spacious, and clean facility. Nick is the best property manager ever, very friendly and went well above and beyond when I possibly needed some extra storage but wasn't sure until I moved all my stuff. He gave me a few options of different size storage rooms and told me that he would keep those reserved for me until I figure it all out. That action alone earned him and the company 5 stars, let alone the facility and the whole experience. Additionally, this place is very reasonably priced, so if you need a storage room, this place can't be beat in any way.

My storage manager is the absolute best customer service person at any storage I've ever had. She is knowledgeable, totally efficient, and very patient throughout this covid pandemic. Northwest storage is very very lucky to have her running their facility. It's always clean and monitored and everything always is working properly. It is absolutely a stress reliever to have an excellent manager at a storage facility. I just recovered from covid and I'm moving and I almost look forward to coming to storage. She is very very helpful and I will always rent from Northwest storage. Thank you so much for hiring efficient polite considerate patient employees.

Great place to store, staff very friendly and helpful and it was a good price per month.

We ended up here after a bit of a fiasco with where we were originally supposed to store our stuff. I went online and searched “affordable storage near me” and this place popped up for $14 dollars more a month than we were supposed to pay and had a 4.7 in ratings. We drove up and we’re helped right away. She showed us the unit (spider free!!) and then took us back to go through all the paperwork. We signed the documents and within 30 minutes we were able to drive to our unit and lock up our things. Clean, excellent customer service, can’t rave about them enough!

I lucked out on a good deal here at NW self storage in Sherwood. They have many options for your needs, uncovered parking, RV parking, heated or non heated units. Anita was super sweet, patient, informative and the whole staff are all around helpful. 10/10 recommend.

Anita is wonderful! We made arrangements last week, came in yesterday to do paperwork, the process was easy. Anita made sure we got to the right unit and is real helpful. She explained the system clearly and made sure our entry code worked. All in all she graciously makes the experience smooth. This is appreciated as we’re just “a bit” stressed with our downsizing, selling 2 homes, and needing interim storage before we relocate. Thank you!

I have used this facility for nearly 10 years, and I stay ONLY because of the personal service by Jack, the manager. He really cares about his customers and their belongings. Friendly! There is a wonderful lady that actually lives on-site! She is very friendly & helpful in assisting you. We moved from out of state & she was very helpful in getting us exactly what we were looking for. Their prices are comparable for the area & this storage facility is so close to our new house. I'd definitely give them a call if you're looking for a storage place.
