The most business friendly storage. I have changed my review, from 1 to 5 stars. My rent increased a lot over the years (been here 7 years) and I wasn't vary happy about it, now that I've been renting storages for over 10 years, I've come realizing that little extra money is worth every penny. This storage is the absolute most business friendly storage I've used. Right now I have 4 storages 2 in Washington, and let me tell you how much of a nightmare public storage Is the feeling they give you is, store your things and come back when you're ready to move out. if you need to organize your business storage because you are expanding, nope public storage will harass you non stop. So that being said this is hands down the best storage not only for business but for your personal belongings. Actually being business friendly is huge deal for business because you are here everyday to get tools and put your tools or trailers away.

Great location & Great staff. Our business outgrew our unit and Cierra let us get a bigger one without hassle. It was only a few dollars more. It's the little things that make it easier. 5 stars!

Just started renting here...office people very helpful, and good price and availability. ....this is now about 2 years later and I just moved my stuff out. The onsite people continued being very helpful, with Tierra being the one that helped my exit. Thank you!

I've had my stuff at this storage facility for over a year and had no problems at all. It is clean, well managed, and most important, I feel my stuff is safe here. Tierra , in the office, has been very helpful with any requests i've thrown at her. She is why I gave them the 5th star.

Very clean, secure, reasonable rates and excellent staff. The property manager was very helpful. On one occasion the staff called me to alert me that I had not locked my unit.

Tiarra helped a bunch! I did have some issues with pricing, called earlier and talked to Daisy, SPECIFICALLY for the prices, which I mentioned, she failed to mention a $30 admin fee when signing up for the unit, which was crazy to hear. All around happy with the service from Tiarra.

I got to meet the new manager. She was very helpful.

When I went to apply for my unit it was quick and easy and the employee made sure I understood the agreements. The application took no more than 10 minutes, which I loved. The employee was very informative and helpful. When I decided to cancel my unit the ladies were charming and welcoming. The process was also quick and easy. Over all definitely recommend NSA storage😁5/5

Clean, secure facility, with friendly employees. Well maintained. They've had a few mechanical failures over the years with the gates, but were quick to fix it. I was able to get ahold of someone after hours, and the problem was fixed promptly. Edit: this business is under new ownership now, but the facility is still very clean, safe and well kept. They have an easy to navigate online payment system for your monthly bill. Overall a nice facility. Prices are creeping up but that's happening at storage units all over nowadays.

They were very easy to deal with. Doug, the manager at their Woodburn Oregon location, was very accommodating, friendly and efficient. After showing me the spaces that were available, it was only a matter of a few minutes until I could start to move items into my unit. I will most likely be renting a space from them for a long time.

Terry's a good manager and after I started to move into my storage locker and realized and realized I got the wrong size he quickly help me change to a more suitable storage locker. Very polite fessional friendly can you get the feeling you takes care of you when you go in there and talk to him, I definitely recommend them.

Their storage units are very clean, dry, and no bugs or spider webs. The people in the office are friendly and easy to work with, and the biggest difference between this and the other local storage facility's is that this one is super affordable!!!!
