Went in yesterday, had some questions about storage units and prices was helped by Anthony. He was Very helpful with everything. Great place!

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, specially Grizelda, she was the best. She definitely made my experience truly enjoyable, and went above and beyond to make sure I understand everything and my needs were met.

Amazing storage units. The managers are super nice and helpful every time I go in there or call. I’ve had so much trouble with other storage businesses but this one has been so great so far I would recommend to everyone!

The security at this place is definitely one of the best I've come across. I travel quite a bit for work over the past 5 years sometimes a few months at a time in an area. Having a local storage unit being a must. I've definitely seen a variety of storage setups. I like this place because it's quiet, easy access and good location. Staff is super friendly. Property is easy to access. I've rented units at other northwest storage sites and I like this one the best thus far.

Great place, easy to get in and out. Secured gate. Great amazing price. Was moving to the area and needed storage while looking for a home. Elevator for upstairs clean area, when you have big items. Definitely recommend and also let me use a dolly for moving items without cost.

5 stars. The two fellas helped talk me down after I demanded a 12x12. They politely let me know that they don't have anything that size but were willing to accommodate me with other sized units. All and all I am a happy customer.

Easy to rent units. Even with short notice, however, I think they should have better privacy policies when renting to individuals with the same last name. They're very secure and watch out for your belongings.

I have been renting a storage unit here for a while. While the prices have gone up with the new ownership, what makes it worth it to keep renting is Mirissa. She is an excellent site manager, communicator, and person. I know that my things will be well taken care of when she's around. She genuinely cares about the customers and helps in whatever way she can.

I reserved a unit online and then went in person to pay. Which was great because corporate booking gave me the wrong unit and Renee the manager was able to get me a perfect unit for my needs. She was the most helpful ever. Need more employees to be like this everywhere.

Amazing customer service. Showed me different sized using and helped point me to the right one. Facility is clean and well maintained. Aaron was extremely helpful and made the whole process fast and easy. I’m sad to see Aaron be terminated from this store. He ran the store beautifully and maintained things well despite issues with his superior. I also find it interesting that he was terminated after making a complaint against his boss who was consistently harsh to his staff and bullied them often. More than half the staff is now gone and I can’t seem to get help there when I need it now. The regional manager needs to be fired and bring back the old employees.

I moved here from another state and needed a place for my POD to be dropped off. It took two parking spaces but, I was able to unload my POD so I could schedule the POD for pickup. IStorage is close to me and I still have stuff there.

Five stars considering I did literally everything online without having to call or interact with someone in person. I chose, reserved and signed for a unit (at a pretty good price) all contactless and seamlessly. It emailed me saying what my code was and what unit mine was and it was open when I got there and didn’t have to go into a building or have anyone help me do anything at all. I was impressed by that. I already had my own padlock for the unit’s door. I suppose that would’ve been the only thing I’d have to go in for if I wanted to buy one from them.

I would have loved to give a 5 star review because the people working in the office were fantastic. Both were very helpful, and had great attitudes. However, I accessed my storage unit for the first time last night and there were two issues. First, the light inside my unit does not work. Second, the lanes between the buildings were sheets of ice. I was unable to make the turn and get up the hill to the exit. Luckily another customer came to the entrance gate and I was able to get out that way. My truck started sliding sideways toward the curb…no impact thankfully, but I can see how someone could damage their vehicle due to this.

She is very friendly and pleasant to talk to. I am greatly pleased with my choice of renting storage here. 15-Jan-2025 This review is for a rental space for my single car trailer. The space that Stacie rented me to store my trailer in, is easily accessible, which are all the trailer storage spaces at this Move-It storage location. It is close to my storage unit so that if I had to get something moved out of the unit using the trailer, it could be easily done without much hassle. Stacie was very helpful in helping me rent the right space for a good price. This location is kept very clean and well organized, so you will have no problems moving around at the facility. This is a great place to rent and store your items safely.

Right space storage has been amazing. We have been with them since 2022, and we have had no issues!

The most immaculately clean storage facility I've been in (and I've been in my share). The floors, walls, doors, everything is clean. You could eat off their floors. There isn't so much as a cob web to be seen (I check for things like that) All lights are functional. The facility is immaculate inside and out. If you need climate controlled storage where you don't have to worry about insects or critters damaging your stuff, this is the place to go.

Great experience setting up rental. Representative was very helpful and explained prices and also got me a great deal for a 10x20 that I couldnt pass on ,by far the cheapest I came across personally. Got unit number and gate code through email soon after paying the fees and was good to go. I must give this review the attention it deserves. The service I received here was beyond stellar. The site's manager, Rebekah was on point for me every step of the way. I called in November from California and made her aware of my storage needs to begin in January, and from that point on she kept me in the know of what was available, how I could best proceed when I moved, and even switched things up for me on the fly during my move-in to make my storage there more affordable and convenient. On top of that, she was extremely kind, very professional, and was engaging and funny, too. I actually looked forward to seeing her around the property during the two days I spent moving in. We needed a place to store our motorhome and pick up truck for a couple months. We choose Westview storage because of the location for us. As it turned out it was a great choice. We need some special arrangements. Lou the office manager was great she went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly. This location is super handy to everything within Leander / Cedar Park. It is clean, well laid out, great lighting, inviting, etc. with plenty of cameras all over the property to ensure security of our belongings. This location also has a gated entrance; keeping out non-renters. We couldn't have been happier with Ty and the pricing we received. Be sure to ask about any promotions they might be running when you go to rent your unit. Definitely recommend!

It use to be good now it’s just okay. They don’t give you trash access to dump anymore, the exit gate never works. The homeless and drug users enter the property via the chain link fence that’s damaged. It has not been the same the last few years.

I’ve had a pod here this past year and am now having another one and both experiences getting one was quick, enjoyable, and easy! The front end woman Carol is an absolute sweetheart and the best. She was super helpful and friendly in picking out our recent pod and in past experiences with her, has been nothing less than amazing. Pods are both clean and new and had no troubles with insects or mice coming into my pod. Overall an excellent place and experience and would highly recommend getting a pod here!

I absolutely love the young women who work in the office at both locations on Caribou and Boardwalk. Here at Caribou, Sara helped me today. It was just the second maybe third time we’ve briefly met and as I walked in the door, she immediately greeted me with a bubbly happy smile and said hello using my first name which pleasantly surprised me and made me feel very special that she was able to remember me just from an entire month ago (and I have a hard name to remember.) She was still assisting a gentleman that was there before me and as I waited for my turn, I overheard Him ask her when her lunch was trying to figure out a good time to return. And when she responded with the time of her lunch- without missing a beat told him she was happy to take a later lunch at a different time if her regular time would be more convenient for him to return. And then when it was my turning she was able to make things as go as convenient and quick as possible so I would not have to go to both my storage locations to change my gate code, and it made the process easier and as painless as ever. Those are just a couple of the examples of how awesome these women are at their jobs and how their little acts of kindness and just remembering names make such a difference in my day and I’m sure everyone else’s. So thank you very much Sara for your uplifting smile in it help you gave me today. It definitely was not overlooked and I appreciate you making my storage here wonderful.!

I rent a locker year round and have for years. I have packages delivered and always get a prompt notice of delivery and the staff is always friendly when I go to pick up from the office. They even remember my name when I walk in! Storage locker hallway is always clean. Highly reccomend.

Review for the Secure care Self Storage at 6834 S Trenton Ave, Tulsa, OK 74136 location: I recently needed a storage unit and had the pleasure of working with Michele at Secure Care who helped me rent my unit. The entire process, from start to finish, was quick and hassle-free. Michele was incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient. Michele was very patient when I needed to change the first unit I rented for a larger one...she did not seem upset while processing my paperwork for the larger unit. If you need a storage unit, I’d definitely suggest checking out this location. Michele made the whole process easy, and her helpful attitude really stood out. It was a great experience overall!

The office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facility is a little dated but it’s definitely convenient and the move-in/move-out process is pretty simple. There are a few indoor surveillance cameras that need to be replaced but the buildings are relatively secure.

Very seamless move-in process and a great communication with staff. I love the scenic setting. Definitely recommend.

Diane took her time, we walked to a storage unit ( I did not rent until the next day ) in our snow boats and winter coats. This type of customer service is long gone and I appreciated it & Diane.
