Very helpful and knowledgeable and great place to rent a unit very secure. Between my fiancé and I we have had a unit here in each of the buildings over the years and have had only one minor problem and it was resolved quickly. The manager is amazing and I will definitely keep renting here.

Rates are getting jacked up. Holly however was great to deal with. She gave it her best shot to just downsize us to keep our business but we decided with the rates going up the way they were and having some extra garage space we moved out and stored everything in a garage.

A few days later we took a drive over to place our locks and brought some items the van line service cannot transport. We received careful and friendly assistance from the location manager Joan. Great storage unit property, highly recommend. The units are very clean and new-looking and they have security cameras. The lady Joann that works there is extremely friendly and professional. It was the cheapest 10 x 25 or 10 by 30 unit I could find at the time in the Philadelphia area, I think the public storage right down the street is a bit cheaper but this one is still cheaper than all the other storage units I looked at around Philadelphia. I pay $275 after tax and insurance and some units I looked at were like $400 so yeah.

I have a 10x10' drive-up unit; there is a fee for 24-hour access, but I need it for work and my monthly rent is low enough that I feel it is worth it if you need late-night dropoff/pickup. Convenient to I-95 and other major Delco/Chester routes. Feels clean, secure and professional. Joan is an awesome manager and a delightful person.

I was happy with service until today when I went in to put a lock on my unit & was advised that it wasn’t the right kind. A lock had not been offered to me when I paid my first payment on 3/1/18. So I bought a lock. Now I have to make a special trip back to Lowe’s to return the one I purchased. Other than that I’ve been satisfied. My unit is still empty. I haven’t had much experience with storage units.

I've used I storage Aston for about a month now. I can't say enough about the friendly staff. Mary has been simply wonderful every time that I've been there. She then drove us to the units so that we could see the differences and make a better decision because sometimes seeing in person is way different than on paper. Very easy process. Made a reservation online to see a storage unit. Went in to the office and met Mary, who was very informative and helpful. Mary walked me through the process of renting a storage unit and answered all of my questions. I love the fact that iStorage offers military discounts. It is great to see local businesses supporting the military. Having to store our stuff for a lengthy amount of time due to a military move is a little nerve racking but Mary explained all of the facility's safety features and put our worries at ease. So far, this has been an all around great experience.

Upon arrival to iStorage I was very impressed by how clean and well manicured the facility is kept. Then I was greeted by the manager Mary. She had a very upbeat personality. Also was very polite, and knowledgeable. She made my transition run smoother than I imagined. If your looking for a storage facility I highly recommend iStorage.

My experience at istorage was great! Mary was very friendly and helpful. She drove and showed me two storage units that I was interested in. She answered all my questions and gave me helpful advice. She also showed me how to open and lock my unit and explained how to enter and exit istorage. She was very thorough with the paperwork and all in all it was a pleasant experience. Just wanted to send a shout out to the office girls. They are so sweet and answered all of my questions. Initially, i had wanted an inside unit but they quickly persuaded me to utilize a 'drive-up' unit for my needs. I am so glad I did. I couldn't imagine how painful it would have been carrying everything inside.. The office has lots of moving and packing supplies and the entire place is very clean and well kept. This is my 2nd time renting a unit here and will definitely return when i need to do it again!! I had booked a unit online where I found an awesome deal.....buy 2 months, get 2 months FREE !!!! Can't beat that. Just wish i had purchased a larger unit.....I am running out of space.

Rented storage units twice in the past year. Of the three or so companies in the area, iStorage by far has the best prices and most helpful employees. LOVE this place! Not only do they offer the cheapest storage units in the area, but also the nicest. The staff here are truly amazing. We had a problem where the handle for our unit was broken... they transferred us with no problems or stipulations. I feel safe and comfortable not only leaving our belongings here, but coming here as well. Most storage places in the area are sketchy, but I feel more than confident in the security here at istorage. Overall, one of the best experiences I'be had with a rental! I recommend istorage to anyone and everyone, for short term or long term.

This place is awesome and I'd recommend it to anyone. By accident I rented one of there units in Jersey instead of the Aston location and they helped transfer from Jersey to this location within a matter of days without any problems, got me into my unit and gave me a great rate. Customer service is top notch. If your looking for a safe and secure public storage place try this one!

The only place i felt my belonging were safe. I owned high value sporting gear an fishing gear. 24 hr surveillance an access. The girls in the office were always nice an beautiful personal opinion, But highly recommend this place. Cant beat the prices . Logistically this place is awesome right of I-95. Gave me the opportunity to hit commodore barry for jersey. Going south I-95 to hit delaware beaches.

iStorage makes it so easy to rent a storage unit , very clean facility compared to most others . Friendly efficient staff , especially Mary who made the process so easy and fast when I walked in . So happy I upgraded at this facility to a bigger unit and reserved it online , walked in the next day and was out in fifteen minutes with no delays. Great customer service , friendly ,fast, efficient. This is a great location right off I-95 easy to pull in and out of.Will always use this facility for my future rentals.

Mary really helped us out in opening up a storage unit in a hurry. We had a family emergency and needed a place to store some things. We were set up and ready to go in just a few minutes. Plus the facility is in a good location, easily accessible from 95. and it's very clean.

Mary was a pleasure to do business with. She explained to me about rates and what day that i would be expected to be be out of the storage shed without having to pay another months rent. When i started to move she suggested a carrier for me to use to make the job easier , free of charge. If i have a need for storage again i would definatle use i storage again.

Great place. Darlene was very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating. We realized pretty quickly the original unit we rented was too small. They worked with us to put us in a bigger unit with very little work on out part.

Mary was very helpful and courteous. She had everything completed in less than 10 minutes and even showed me to my new unit.

I've had a great experience at iStorage Aston. Mary was particularly helpful and so nice. I injured my finger and she was right on hand with bandaids and to make sure I was okay. Additionally, the rental truck company I used to facilitate my move was out of dolly's that day. Mary let me borrow a dolly which made for a much easier process. Very grateful to Mary an iStorage for taking care of me and my things.

Ive been with these guys for about 18 months. The place is immaculate! Mary and darlene are super friendly and as pleasant as can be. If you ever have any problems they are understanding and quick to find a solution. I am moving out of state in the next few months and wish I could take this place with me. What a great place. Not only is the Aston a location clean and secure it has a very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Mary called me within a minute of my on line reservation. After showing me a unit she explained the paper work hmnlp me with the easy process of renting! MARY shared packing info and showed me plasticwrap for mattresses. I was shown entry through the security gate. My stuff is away from home but it is at home in the in Aston I Store. Thanks Mary for your kindness! ! CG
