The Manager/staff at my Facility was great she is nice and Understanding. As for the company it's Expensive & they are always rraising rates once u get your stuff in the storage...i gave 3 stars because someone broke into my unit cut the lock off and stole a good bit of my vintage toys and a box of Expensive tools. prob whatever fit into a small car prob $1500 easy. i did not know if anything was missing when they showed me, untill i unpacked it months later so i did nothing.but pretty upset as i paid more for my stuff to be safe. but overall they are ok

We recently rented a unit and we have had nothing but an excellent experience. The unit has been clean, well lit, well maintained and Suzi, the manager, has been incredible. She is Friendly and always goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this storage unit company! Five stars!!

The manager, Suzi, was very helpful and courteous! She went above and beyond making sure I received my full free month since I entered in the middle of the month. After much investigation, this storage facility was the best for rates. Of course there always seems to be additional fees (i.e. $24 set up fee). Storage area was clean and well kept.

Great experience with staff, goes over contract and the dos and don’ts. Clean and well taken care of facility. Low rates and close to many homes.

Very nice woman inside the store. I don't however like the unnecessary $24 and change fee. I think these so called convenience or maintenance charges are just old and have no business getting charged and are free money. Price for the unit itself is not bad compared to other places I got quotes from. Unit was very clean when I looked at it.

This was a seamless transition while moving from Buffalo, NY to the area. Everything went as discussed and move-in went as smooth as expected. Very happy with the experience!

Staff was very helpful and communicative. Aisles are not that big to drive through and the latches to the units can be tricky. I couldn’t open mine.

Fair prices, slightly cramped space. If you have a larger vehicle it may be difficult to turn around and go around someone. Wish the access hours were lengthier as I work second and third shift so sometimes I get off right as they stop allowing access.

The place is well kept and affordable. Management greatly improved.

She helped pick out which size storage unit would fit my queen sized bedroom and there for I leased the 5’x10’, paperwork was easy to fill with her help. At intake, friendly, professional associate clearly explained the procedures concerning the rental agreement, access and invoice payment. Less than a year old facility, so new and clean. Small enough compound to easily navigate. Pleasant overall experience. Would highly recommend.

This is a convenient location and is kept clean and neat! The recent ownership/management change has only made it better with improvements to the entry way, pavement upgrades and staffing. Friendly service reasonable rates. Only negative thing, the travel lanes between units are very narrow. You can pass another vehicle that may be parked loading or unloading. The real problem is at the end when you have to turn the corner. You can see where some vehicles have to drive off the pavement into the grass to clear the buildings leaving ruts in the soft mud. I suggest that you put down some stone in these areas to make the turn and not risk striking the buildings protection posts. There is evidence that they get hit a lot.

Love this place. Security is top notch. I reviewed this place before and I gave it a 5 star 2 months ago and I still give it a 5 star to this day. Easy to use your pin to get in and if you have problems there is someone either in the office or close by to ask for help. I will keep doing my business for my storage needs here.

Reasonable prices. John was pleasant to work with. I appreciate the efficiency of their paperwork processing. It's sad that you never get to meet anyone in person. I worry about having to give so much personal information about my cc over the phone. I'd prefer standing in front of a clerk to process my card information. Overall the facility is clean, well kept, & gated.

RT. 15 self Storage 845 US-15 Dillsburg PA is a wonderful secured place with emphasis on security quality cleanliness and personal services they are there 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. I love renting from RT. 15 Self storage. If you have not tried them then you really should.

This place has been great. We use it for our business to store things as we are on the road a lot and we've not had any problems. Douglas is there quite a bit and a great guy to talk to, and is always apt to help with whatever he can even if that's just some entertainment. I'd hate to get stuck there without his help!
