I recently switched from another local storage company near my home in Etters, PA, and couldn’t have been more pleased with the difference I experienced at Storage World. In the first place, it was much easier to communicate with the local manager, Katie Stone, either on the phone, in person at the office, or via email. I also had a chance to meet the Regional Manager, Amanda, when I first went into the office to sign up for my rental. It was Katie’s first week on the job, and Amanda was on-site, training her. Both were extremely pleasant and professional. As for the units, themselves, they were SO much better than where I was before. The inside storage buildings were clean and well-lit. There was a 6-wheel cart conveniently stationed at a well-marked “cart return” location in the center of the building. The first day that I used my storage unit, I locked the lock, but did not have the slide fully engaged in which the lock was set. I was unaware of that until I received a call from someone in the office there that my unit was not fully secured. That was my first indication of how conscientious the staff there is about checking all the buildings and storage units to ensure their security. I highly recommend Storage World for anyone who wants a safe, secure, and clean place to store their goods.

Things have been great since I rented a unit. 24/7 access is perfect since I work 2nd shift and sometime done get in until after 2am. Clean and friendly staff.

Storage World is a clean ,they have temperature controlled units. The staff is very friendly and caring. A staff member called me when I didn't put the lock on my unit correctly. I really appreciated the call,and the comfort knowing that someone is checking the units regularly.

I reserved my locker on line. When I went in to get the information, the receptionist was right there to greet me. She was very friendly and helpful. The locker was clean as was the whole area. I feel very safe having my belongings there.

When choosing facilities, it really comes down to a few things. 1. Cost. Storage World beat the others in this and surrounding areas for the 10x10 unit I was looking for. 2. Clean, dry, bug free and have 24/7 access. The property and units are just that... Clean, dry and bug free. The 24/7 access is nice. 3. Level of service. Alicia was extremely helpful in assisting me in making my decision. Her knowledge, quick response / follow-ups were excellent. Her kind and friendly demeanor actually made getting a storage unit fun.

So far, my experience in dealing with this business has been very easy, very straight forward, clearly explained, quickly executed and very friendly. I've not moved my stuff in yet or used the gate after hours but everything so far has been easy.

Reserving and moving into my storage space was a breeze. I did it all through text and automated kiosk. Even when I had a question about accessing my unit they responded quickly via text. Would recommend.

Great experience with Storage World! I was able to secure my unit quickly via a few e-mail exchanges, including all the signing of the lease. When I wasn’t in need of my lease anymore, they were extremely accommodating and flexible. It was as easy as a quick e-mail exchange. The price was reasonable and my stuff was secure and I always had access to it. Honestly, I’ve never met anyone who works at Storage world in person because it’s so easy to do business with them! If you’re super busy and always on the go like me, Valley Green Storage world is by far the best place to rent a unit in the area!

2/2016 - 8/31/2016 My husband and I used Storage World while getting our home ready to sell and then move. We paid a great rate and they even left us store our U-Haul truck for a couple of days as we couldn't move into our new home right away. They do have a truck available to use which was very convenient for us. Tracy was very helpful and super nice to deal with. We found the facility very clean and safe to store our items. I would highly recommend Storage World.

I have only been there a month so far but I do have to leave a review so far. The manager there has to be one of the nicest people that I have met. She is kind and very considerate. We have a 30 foot travel trailer and needed somewhere to put it. So she had a 40 foot space open. The price was the cheapest around. The biggest problem is that the spaces are lined together end on end on the side of the road. So luckily the person that is renting in front of me was not there and I didn't have to try and parallel park my trailer. I come back the next week to get the trailer to go camping and I asked her about the person renting that spot. She mentioned that he wasn't going to come back and that she was going to keep that spot in front of me open for now. She doesn't have to do that and I didn't expect her to given that this is a business and they need to keep full to make money. So far it is working but I will see what happens in the future.

The storage manager is very sweet and helpful when it came to my family needed a place to store our belongings as we are trying to sell our house. I give storage world 5 stars!

What a great Staff. The units are very well maintained, clean and dry.. The grounds are always clean , grass cut, no weeds, and the landscaping well taken care of. Never had a problem with this facility. We rented a storage unit and used there truck at no cost except for the fuel. Would highly recommend this place for all Storage needs.
