This place is great! I was frustrated when I came in needing help because of my phone service. Angie was so warm and friendly, she cheered me right up. Even came by to check on me when I was at my unit to ensure all was well. Pretty amazing that while I had what could be the worst customer service dealing with my phone, Angie really just found a way to show me the polar opposite experience. Please Keep her for a long time; and thanks for always having great rates, clean office, and smiling staff.

Angie's knowledgeable and friendly guidance made finding a unit to meet my needs a breeze. Storage units are clean, secure, and easily accessible, with carts readily available to ease moving. Gated security and numerous cameras on-site provide additional reassurance that what is put in storage here is indeed secure. Highly recommended!

SecurCare Storage is mediocre at best. They constantly increase their prices with no upgrades to the facility, they did not have 24 hour access and when I moved to WV, they couldn’t switch my 2 units over to my sons name without me driving back to SC (500+ miles) to sign a piece of paper. Get with the times people. Ever heard of Docusign? The staff members are kind when you can actually catch them in the office though.

This storage facility is safe, very clean, offers many storage options in terms of size and climate controlled versus not, and the customer service is outstanding. I cannot say enough about how helpful and accommodating Angie and Kathy have been. In a stressful moving process, this has been one of the only places we feel charged what they said they would and even gave us a discount, without any undisclosed fees. We would absolutely use SecurCare Self Storage again if needed!

I recently rented a space and needed another one. I signed up online and they were very far apart. the manager helped me to move the unit closer to my other one. She was extremely friendly and handled the paperwork immediately. It was a good thing that the units were together as someone took ownership of the loading cart. The building is always clean. I would recommend the facility to my friends.

Today I last minute ran by this storage unit with hopes they would have something, and they did! The best part of my experience though was the man who helped me up front. I came by and the door was locked due to them being away for lunch, but the man opened the door anyways and offered to help me even though he was on his lunch break. It was so kind and accommodating. He helped walk me through the process and found the best deal for what I needed. Super accommodating and so kind! Would recommend this place for sure!

We recently rented a couple units at the Clements Ferry location and have been very pleased with the service and facilities. The staff answered all of my questions and took good care of us from beginning to end. Based on everything we have seen so far, I would highly recommend SecurCare.

I have rented altogether about 4 years off and on here when serving overseas, and each time it's so clean, so easy, and I love that the place really IS climate-controlled. Never a bug or rat in sight. Though the place itself is in good shape and clean, the best of all is how you have been welcoming and caring in my particular needs--even from overseas. I see why the place is always full!

The manager of this location, Jennifer, is excellent. The site is very clean and maintained, More important is the service provided. She always quickly responded. And when she saw I had rented two 10 x 20 units she recommended that I may be able to consolidate a unit to a 10 x 10, saving over $100 a month. We did this and the flip to the smaller unit didn't cost any administrative fee. A very customer focused location.

There are several storage options in the area to choose from so I spent some time reviewing the price differences and tried contacting a few. I chose CubeSmart mainly because of how responsive and helpful Beth was. We are in between homes and I needed parking for my trailer, non-climate controlled and climate controlled storage for our movers to bring things in to. Beth was exceptionally helpful as I tried to determine storage size needs and location. She was patient and great to talk with. Much appreciated.

This has been not only my best experience with a storage facility, it has also been my best customer service experience. Jennifer has set an impossible bar for taking care of my families' needs and being so thoughtful and helpful along the way. I have multiple units throughout a few company changes and I am very satisfied with the pricing, availability, and kindness of this facility. Do yourself a favor and add some extra space to your life. I can use my garage again!

This has been the best self-storage experience ever. I've used them since they were the Extra Attic. Although the name has changed, most of the staff are the same. They are now called Cube Smart. The facility is modern, updated and very clean. Jennifer the manager and her assistant Maurica have been very helpful and made the application process simple and straight forward. If I ever need a self-storage facility in the future, this is the place I'll be going.

I can't say enough about the fabulous customer service that the management team of Skip, Jennifer and Miss Lemon gave me with my move. They stepped up to the plate and did the right thing which can be unheard of in this day and time! I would suggest anyone looking for a storage facility go with them!
