I’ve had quite a few storage units and they have always told me a price and then tack on hiden fees. I was totally prepared for this, but it didn’t happen! Kristi was amazing and very kind! I’m very happy with the experience and the prices!

I am sorry that I am slow in answering. I am on vacation with only periodic access to my Email. My experience with my store manager is only absolutely EXCELLENT!! She is a DREAM!! This is the best storage place. They were extremely helpful when they're was a huge # misunderstanding. But my card was hacked and Kristi was extremely helpful with me having to use two forms of payment to make my payment on my unit. I highly recommend this company!

I recently fell on some hard times and called to find out what my options were in terms of paying for my unit and Miss Booth gave me excellent customer service with recommendations on how to handle my account as well as discussing upcoming rate changes I can't tell you how wonderful it is to speak to someone with such a high quality and conscientiousness of customer service.

Booking myself via the website was a bit confusing (I was doing this on an iPad, unsure if that matters) when it came to catching all the spots to initial. Just a bit clunky. Filing out the insurance portion of the lease was confusing. I’d agreed to a level of insurance already in the paperwork. Was I now signing up for EXTRA extra insurance? I had to call support to parse this (it’s not more insurance, just wants details from your earlier insurance selection, though it seems odd to be asking the customer to provide this less than obvious info). So, booking yourself online is sort of confusing, since I ended up having to call customer support anyway. However, I called the location with a question later and Shannon was very clear, thorough & helpful. Nice to feel like someone cares about real people AND knows their business. So points won back for that.

ok storage place they have secured gate access but only thing that sucks is you don’t have 24 hour access to the gate….like why wouldn’t you give your customers 24 hour access to there storage rooms?? this is going to make us leave after 6 months and go to another company that does offer this simple thing. i can only imagine the customers that have left or never even signed up with you guys over it.. to bad

I like this location better than the Kingston Pike location. My storage unit here has finished walls and has a light installed in the inside, which is great when I'm there after dark. The other location had neither of the two features.
