I have used this storage place in the past . I have always been satisfied with my experience. The manager has always been very helpful when ever I needed anything. The site is always clean and well kept .

This was a great location, both safe a secure as well as easy to get to. I reserved the unit online and it was incredibly easy. (On the corporate side, Just make sure you know if you are signing up for month to month manual payments or monthly auto payments. This could have been more clear online.) But as for locally on-site, The staff was always around, checking in, and available to help. They even courtesy called me to let me know my month was ending and it did not appear I was signed up for a second month. This was great customer service trying to keep me aware of a late fee that would come if I did not manually pay, or set up monthly payments. I would highly recommend and use iStorage at this location again in the future!

Easiest rental ever and at a great price! I could view availability online and do the whole rental process online. The only reason I even had to go in the office was because I needed to buy a lock. My wife and I came by 3 minutes before closing and thought we would be greeted with an, "I'm sorry we are closing," remark but, to our surprise, Walt saw us pull in and kindly opened the door for us, assured us it was fine to come in, he did not rush us in any, he was extremely patient and welcoming. He walked us through the entire process of renting even though we weren't ready to rent till the next day. We had another storage place we were considering until our experience that evening and after that this was hands down our first choice! In addition to the benefits of having Walt and Tony, the exterior of the property is well maintained, orderly, and nice and the units are clean, easy to access, and secure.

I am very satisfied with my experience with y'all. Lauren was very thorough. The price is good and the storage room is bigger than the one I had at my other storage room and almost the same price. That is with insurance too. I really think you guys need some carts for customers moving alot of boxes. Carts really come in handy.

I had to get a storage unit very quickly a year ago. This place has been very wonderful with customer service. Not long ago, I had spoken with the store manager and told him that we would be out by the end of July. He then mentioned that the month would be prorated for the first few days. I then decided to get everything done and moved asap. I got everything out before July even started. Called him July 1st. He had personally seen us moving everything out and had already taken us out of the billing cycle. A big thank you to iStorage management for being on top of it.

Great controlled environment storage space. Neat and clean. Service was good, Very helpful with changing units. ps: the only problem was the short timer on the hallway lighting. Our unit was in the middle between entry doors and we got caught several times in the dark when the lights turned off. Take your flashlight when you are going to take your time..

Judy was great! The communication, the instructions and guidance all wonderful. She made it very easy to do business with the Mt. Juliet Simply Self Storage. When my family relocated houses in Nashville, my father had dropped off the items we planned on storing here. Until I called the facility and spoke to Judy I had never seen the unit or had any idea on what to do when I arrived. I first called to identify all the requirements prior to emptying out the storage unit. Judy went through all the items I need and confirmed the information I had received through my father. Place is really clean. Judy was amazing I was shown a unit in the climate control area. It was all fast and easy. Very satisfied.
