Went today to move my things into storage, payed and secured it all online so once I got there Ty went through the process with me and showed me the unit and how to secure it. He made the process super easy and was very kind. I feel safe knowing my things are well protected. Definitely recommend coming here for storage. The pricing is also unbeatable!

I was short on Time looking for storage and called several places that gave me the run around on availability. Showed up at a couple of them and they didn’t have the size unit I asked for. I found rightspace and Ty answered my call. He was so professional and assured me he had a unit in the size I needed. I went right over, he greeted me, knew who I was and was ready to show me the units and had the paperwork ready. It took less than 15 min for me to start unloading my U-Haul. Upon unloading I noticed a small oil stain on the concrete in the unit. I called Ty and he came right over and cleaned up the oil. He also helped me a week later with and issue with another renter and handled it like a true professional! RightSpace management, Ty is a superstar and should considered for a promotion.

Excellent support from the call centre. I was on the call with callcentre and Ty was calling to confirmed my reservation- amazing service. I met Ty when I went to drop of my items for storage and he is professional, caring and explained all procedures. He also met me at the unit to show me how to enter, and close the unit......just amazing support.

I can't remember the gentlemans name that works there but he is very professional and understanding in his job duties. Everytime I'm there he always tells me to let him know if there's anything he can do for me. The first month move in price is awesome! I've rented my share of storage units and I would place this one right up there at the top of the list!

Opened on time. Good price. Manager went above and beyond to be nice, which is hard to find in 2022. My mom used another location under my name for years, and we had no issues. I appreciated they weren't trying to raise my rent every 6 months in the past. Hope this location is the same in that regard.

Matt was wonderful! He was very friendly and called me to switch my unit due to oil stains on the ground (he knew I was storing a hospital bed for my Grandmother). He was also very accommodating in case I wasn't able to make it back to the office to sign the documents for the new unit. The price of the unit was more than affordable and at a convenient location. Thank you Matt for your above and beyond customer service! It is truly hard sometimes.

John was extremely helpful, honest and professional.

We recently moved from Extra Space Storage to this storage unit that was closer to our house and less expensive. Staff was very friendly. Storage unit is exactly as advertised. Car gate protects against arbitrary cars entering. Building has a mechanical lock and lighting with timers. Interior units are climate controlled. I like that every unit is on the first floor with no elevator to worry about. Hopefully price will remain unchanged. One of the things I hated about Extra Space were their constant price for increases.

When Extra Space Storage jacked up our price for the forth time, we started hunting around for a new storage location. We found RightSpace very close to where we live. Setting up the reservation was easy and the day we arrived to sign the lease, the site manager John was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. He explained everything and then turned over the unit to us. We moved in the next day and everything worked exactly like it was explained.

There is the option of inside or outside.I can't see myself giving a 5 star to a storage facility. However this would be one that I would do it for. They have great staff and a great place to store your things. A person would never know the storage facility was even there.

I called and they got me in the same day with A 5X15 storage that has indoor heating and cooling with 2 months free. Just paid a service fee and insurance for $40 upfront. I also didn’t even have to make contact with anyone. Everything was done electronically and they sent me directions to my storage along with the passcodes for everything right to my email. I was very pleased! Thanks y’all! You rock. :)

RightSpace was a great option from the very beginning. I needed a storage unit desperately after my apt moved my move-in date out a week. I called RightSpace and the lady on the phone was able to set me up with a unit quickly and provide me great savings. When I went to my location, the lady at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. My unit was clean and I felt my items were safe. Upon move-out, I emailed the office and they responded quickly and opted me out of their service almost immediately. There were no hidden fees or any catches. If I ever need a storage unit again, I will definitely be using RightSpace!

Have a storage unit here and am very happy with it. They are reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and usually answer the phone when you call if not are great at giving you a call back and answering any questions that I have . They have all types of storages inside climate control. Regular inside and pull up storages. The place is pretty secure because that have a limo service that uses the facility and is there at random times, but don't worry about them getting into your way. I haven't had that problem. Usually they are there once the gate is closed

The GM is the nicest person I have ever met and will go to any length to make sure you’re doing good. Not the type of service you would expect at a storage place, but it’s a huge bonus.

The prices are not bad, but the sizes of the units are smaller than advertised. They have a disclaimer saying they are approximate sizes, but it can be more than a foot per wall. They also close earlier than the other storage places I have used.

Employee is honest and friendly. She's the reason I chose them for my storage. The place is well protected and clean. I am very satisfied.

Stopped here to use the postal services to send a package, because they were open later than the post office (5:30). The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. She helped me choose the least expensive shipping method that met my time line. There was no line. It was very clean. I was skeptical about a postal center in a storage facility (what?!) but pleasantly surprised and will use them again.
