It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

I would highly recommend renting with Northwest storage units. They have many different locations around town that are all well maintained. We are currently using the West 11th one and our manager Sherry has made the whole process a good experience. The grounds and property look nice and neat. Lots of video surveillance and Sherry is constantly walking the property so you know you're in good hands. We are always treated like humans and not just payments. She has been very good about working with us on any issues as long as you communicate with her. We have used the (now) Secure Care facility in Charleston SC : 3180 Magnolia Rd off of Savannah Hwy 17 for the past 3 1/2 years . The representative / property manager at this facility, "Parker" has been there much of the time : for at least the last year & a half - 2 years. Parker has been helpful & informative with missed payments due to credit card changes, has returned messages quickly & been responsive to every question about the facility . His communication skills & conscientious work ethic are much appreciated. I have wanted to note his outstanding service on several occasions & am finally following through. Parker is a great asset to this facility & company & in large part , my husband & I can highly recommend using this facility, because of his professionalism. This is when you know things are good. Totally nice. But alot of salespeople out there in retail and customer service can fake it. Ive been in a 10 x 10 for a few months. Both managers, they even have personalities. But here's the kicker, so I bougth tape for a broken candle stick holders. I got a $10 bill in change, so I was out and about doing stuff, and was in 7-11 on Broadway, in Santa Maria. I'm from New Jersey. So I pulled out the ten, and I set it on the counter . The hell with it, i bought a Mystery crossword, $10. Now, when I do scratch off, i go $20. And always buy 2. Check it out the I scratched 7 words and won $200 bucks. Not bad, uh, that pays for what 2 months of storage. Am an old baseball player and totally believe in karma, luck, and the fact it was 3 personalities just in tune....JUST WHEN I WAS GIVING UP ON HUMANS....THEY BRING ME BACK IN.. I'll see you tomorrow. I got l coffee

We went in the storage at the last minute to find our winter coats… we were cutting it close to closing time, but they were patient friendly and extended the best customer service in allowing us to use they’re restrooms with good attitudes. I recommend this place to everyone, the women’s bathrooms are clean and smells suburb come check them out! When you show up they also remember you and the unit you have even if you can’t.

I had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Started my reservation online which is locked in my special rate and then finished at the office. I love being able to speak to someone face to face and have an office to go to to see someone in person. The whole experience was excellent, and very quick and efficient. I think I went from researching the unit, to completing the web form, to going in the office and finishing in the contract all within less than an hour. The units are very secure. Much more secure than public space or extra space( that are literally just up the road.) And they're open until 10:00 p.m. and open up at 6:00 a.m. (unlike public storage nearby). I highly recommend them. An excellent experience. Thank you so much for redeeming the reputation of storage units!!

I’ve rent a storage unit in Stephanville for about 13 years. It has always been extremely clean and safe. Unlike a lot of other storage unit, even though I didn’t visit for years, there wasn’t a lot of accumulated dust inside the unit. They are well sealed for being outside unit. Customer service has always been top notch. When I rented a smaller unit recently, Dean Mason, actually called with a welcome message. Talk about customer service!! Recommend this business to anyone!! They have that Stephanville small town customer service that is so rare these days.

Upon arrival with our trucks, she came out to personally greet us and let us know she's available for any questions. She is very quick to respond to emails too. It is nice to be able to contact a real person who is responsive when you have a questions. Easy access to units and centrally located depending on where you live. Worth the extra 20 min drive if not due to the affordable rates. Highly recommend.

Wow! Had to move a sofa and chair into storage and have NEVER used self-storage before. Moove-In (NSA) made it so easy, EVEN on Sun-Mon when they were "closed"! I was able to get email responses to my questions and moved in after hours! The facility, grounds and storage space were all clean. The space I rented seemed smaller than I mentally figured (but is adequate for now). So a suggestion to storage-users: get the next size up from what you think you will need if you aren't sure how much you will end up storing. ;-) And be sure to ask about what TYPE AND SIZE LOCK you will need! The assistant that emailed me provided me with the info so I only had to make one trip to the store! The info on the lock dimensions can be tricky (and difficult to read), so read the package carefully!

I rented for about a year and half at the Powell Dry Gap Pike location. The site is good, generally speaking, except for the break in and many, many items stolen to which there was no recovery of any of items. Which was awful... and of course there was the also the flood situation. The company raised my rent continually several times during my time renting there which was completely uncalled for, only citing market conditions. I will say this though, through it all, the manager, Mike, was always there for me and did all he could possibly do in his authority as the site manager. I would give Mike a 10 plus, plus star rating!! He cares about his customers and he proved it and it shows!! Thanks Mike for all of your help during those difficult times!! I really appreciate you!!

Very nice staff and secure space. I needed a secure climate controlled 5x5 for now and i felt very comfortable there. Mirissa makes you feel welcomed and answered all my questions, even willing to chat some. There are cameras and i made sure they do check them often and even do walk throughs which makes me feel comfortable leaving my stuff there.

I had the pleasure of storing quite a lot of very important things with Northwest Self Storage in Spanaway Washington. What initially was only going to be a month or two turned into almost two years. When I retired, sold my Washington home, and moved to Southern Nevada, I hired a moving company to haul the majority of my life's belongings in two semi truck trailers. There were so many things I couldn't trust to complete strangers to haul and care for the 1200 mile trip so I called Northwest storage and rented four units. About a month after moving my things in to storage I was fortunate enough to meet the new manager Belinda, a most wonderful and professional lady who had transferred to this location from the Tacoma location. Over the time and many trips with my pickup and trailer Belinda bailed me out of countless situations, me losing my keys to locks, needing help getting in to my units, and many times in my travels up here, me needing to stay inside the gates past the 10 pm closing time. I have to say, we became pretty good friends over the time I have been here. With her incredible leadership of this facility, I always felt my beloved things were completely safe, as much as if I were guarding them myself. This past weekend I finally made my last trip and loaded the last trailer and pickup load, and pulled the door down in my final unit for the last time. In all the time I have been here, everything was completely safe, watched over and protected. I could be all the way down in Nevada and never worry about my things. All thanks to a very professional secure storage facility in Spanaway Washington where a great friend Belinda resides and protects 24 hours a day. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my most important stuff for almost two years!!! You most definitely went above and beyond to make a happy customer :)

I have had a very positive experience with SecureCare storage. My day started out well enough the movers were on time and were very efficient. We were supposed to be met at the rental property With the man holding the keys, for four hours we waited. And waited. As soon as It was obviously a scam I contacted NSA. They were helpful and efficient in getting me taken care of. Bless you all! My only beef with them would be that the many times I have called I can not get Anyone to answer the phones. Not a deal breaker.

There when I needed the storage, secure and safe. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Wish there had been electricity on the open space but the covered spaces were too pricy for the electric. This is why I moved, batteries needed electric and it wasn’t affordable for me to move to a covered space.

I came back to Norman from California this past weekend to go through my storage locker when I realized that I had forgotten may storage locker key. Fortunately Diana was working in the office and when I told her what I had done she immediately reached out to a lock smith and was able to get him to come over that afternoon. I was so lucky that she was working that day! She was also able to assist me a couple of days later with transitioning into a smaller locker. She was a pleasure to deal with; so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about operations of this business. A definite asset to her employer! Thank you, Diana!

Moove in self storage is a brand new stroage facility. It is incredibly clean and well kept. The units are great in size and light up entirely, they are all indoor units. Wonder building located just off the highway so its easy access to get there especially in A moving truck. Chris from moove in is the best ! He is the friendly face when you walk into the office he always helps as much as he can, returns phone calls, voice-mail he will work with you if you need something instead of acting like there's nothing he can do. Amazing person. If I ever need a storage unit again, this is no doubt the place I'll be going!!

This is the best storage company in Lake Havasu City. I had my unit for several years because I'm a full-time nomad and it was easy to rent a unit and I felt my items were completely safe while I was away for most of the year. The place is always clean and the staff very nice and helpful. If I needed another storage unit, it would be the first place I'd go.
Miss Jay is absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped us coordinate equipment rental to the storage facility and help us with all of the logistics associated with over cross country move. Too early to tell, but the employees were very nice. I feel charging an admin fee is ridiculous.
Nick was super helpful and knowledgeable. Had a couple of hiccups when I first tried to rent as for some reason I did not get a confirmation and tried the next day to rent the unit and Nick phoned me right away and helped me cancel the one from the previous day and transferred my unit to one that was the correct size. All in all it has been a great experience so far. Will be moving stuff soon. Thanks again Nick!!!

I’ve had my storage for just about 6 months already so I wanted to wait before I left a review so It could be genuine. All my things have been safe. Francesca has been awesome. Super welcoming and always helpful with anything I’ve needed. There’s been times I’ve forgot to put my lock on correctly and Immediately a replacement lock is put in place until I can make it back out. My rate did change however I was notified ahead of time in case I wanted to make changes which is totally fair. I had my doubts at first but it’s been a great storage facility for me.

Great place to get a storage unit. They have lots of different sizes as well as some in climate control. They are well secured with lights around the property, security cameras, and key coded gates. The property manager works really hard to keep the place looking in great shape.

I'd like to share my GREAT experiences with Manager Tina at the Chambers Rd, York location. She is knowledgeable, super friendly and her customer service skills are top notch. Almost every time I arrived in my panic moving mode Tina greeted me and my craziness with a warm smile and quick resolve to whatever I needed on that visit. Tina BIG THANK YOU! I highly recommend Tina and her skills, she's a gem and a keeper!

I was looking for and a location to storage to move my things while I was traveling and it was the end of the day and needed someone to help me move and Janet saved the day I was blessed that she stayed late and gave me a referral to help me move in and get in that day. Teresa, the manager, is amazing! She’s not only well-organized and efficient, but she’s also incredibly friendly and funny. She goes out of her way to make sure you’re comfortable and feel like your belongings are in safe hands. You can tell she takes great pride in the business, and it really shows. Leah was fantastic and answered all of my lunatic questions with grace. SO helpful, thank you! This Ferndale location is so clean and interesting, very secure, with an immense fire suppression system. I was very impressed with the facility and with Leah. 5/5!

The Office Staff is good, nice, I'm split on rating because the roads have been being tared in there so when you rent a uhaul to find out that you can't get into the unit you are making a second trip to empty but there are no vehicles allowed on that road it's a waste of Uhaul rental.. I'm coming from Cape Uhaul charges 99 cents a mile, day #2 should of emptied my full unit but the road was wet tar & roped off.. $140 a day for Uhaul isn't cheap... Granted they extended me a 4 day removal because of the roads but you have to reserve the Uhaul the day before so it's defeating my purpose of emptying the unit

Bill was the greatest and very well versed. He was knowledgeable of all the storage spaces and accessibility. I was comfortable with renting a storage knowing the security measures that are in place. He made sure to let me know… I CANT USE THE DUMPSTERS IN THE BACK! Lol

Moving is no fun, that’s a fact, no one can dispute that but I will tell you that iStorage off of Alf Coleman Rd made my moving experience so much easier. No real major complaints at all, had an outdoor spot for a cargo trailer. The condition of the outdoor area is pretty rough, so be careful driving through it. Lot of holes in the dirt.

Great storage area definitely worth keeping your possessions safe from getting damaged or destroyed, the price for storage is very reasonable talk to Andy and his loving wife on rates and availability. This storage place is better than publics storage or other overpriced storage facility.
