Great location, amazing staff, and great prices. We stored our large RV here for almost 8 years and have nothing but amazing things to say about this facility, the staff and the company as a whole. Highly recommend and will use them for years to come.

Sheri the property manager on site who works in the office is phenomenal! She’s very friendly, attentive, efficient and always makes sure my needs are met. I’ve worked with other storage unit companies in the past and this one is by are the best. The site also has everything we need and the staff is always extremely helpful.

This is the best storage facility, I’ve found in northern Texas. The manager, Sheri, keeps the property immaculate. The doors are clean, hallways are swept, and mopped, no trash in the aisle way outside. I recommend! Just one complaint. I suggest for short term rentals as the rates increase often and are rather hefty.

Seamless signup and a top notch facility. I’m fact I’ve kept my boat in the covered storage for 3 plus years and sleep great at night knowing that it’s secure and safe especially with an on-site management. I highly recommend the covered storage.

In advance of our move from VA we arranged for a climate controlled storage unit near our future (under construction) home in Celina, TX. The rental trailer we towed contained all our personnel items we did not trust with the mover. Move It Storage personnel were very helpful and we are very satisfied with the continued use, since we, of course, did not downsize enough with former home contents. The easy access and friendly staff are a plus.

I needed a storage unit that was at least 20 feet and the vast majority of units I checked elsewhere were well under 20 ft when they claimed to be 20. Move It Storage (MIS) was the only place that had them that were actually over 20 ft and I highly recommend MIS. A very clean and secure facility that has a kind staff. If we e ever need storage again we will definitely be back!

Staff was very cordial and I was wanting to park my 8 X 12 trailer. I needed the registration for the trailer and being from South Dakota I didn't have it. So I had to rent a 10X10 storage unit. I unloaded and locked up the unit and was on my way in 45 minutes.

Friendly and helpful service, good facility for storing RV, convenient pull-through bays with electricity and 24x7 access. All competitively priced.

I really like this place for storing my boat. This is the 2nd time I have used this facility for boat storage and they 24 hour access is a major plus. I do wish they would invest more into paving more of their storage site. The problem is I clean the boat, and take it there and it instantly gets dusty. So if you are a neat freak this will bug you.

Sherri was so accommodating from start to finish. She explained everything very clearly, provided me with plenty of choices and options, and even took the time to deliver a dolly to me as I was packing (and had forgotten it in her office). Move it self storage was by far the best experience I have ever had with a storage facility. She even provided me with a lock at NO CHARGE. Much different that some of the other big chain storage units.

We were looking for a covered parking spot for our newly purchased RV. We checked in with at least 6 storage facilities in the area and no one had any available spots. I called Sherri at Move it Self Storage she advised me that they had one covered spot left and that she would hold it for me until we could get down there to look at the facility and fill out the needed paperwork over the weekend. We were delighted to learn that it was reasonably priced as well. Sherri greeted me at the office and we were able to tour the storage area using her golf cart. Property was clean and very accessible and roomy enough to maneuver our RV. Sherri answered all my questions with a smile and was very professional. I would recommend Move It Self Storage!

It's you usual storage, need better hours and get rid of the huge hill in the back. My truck bottoms out every time I go up or down.

We just rented a space from Sheri and were very pleased with our experience. She was very helpful and even stayed late to wait for us to get there since we were coming from out of town with our boat.

We came in just before closing time one evening this week and Sheri didn't hesitate to take the time to show us multiple units and complete the rental paperwork on 2 storage units!!! I had called several, about 4 pages worth, storage facilities and visited 5 of them including Move It Self Storage in Celina. However, from the beginning of my first contact via phone, Jessica at Move It, had me sold. She was very personable and reassuring of the choices I made with the units I selected. It was a very stressful time for my husband and I, Jessica was able to help us relax and find confidence that we were at the right place. Jessica was super sweet, honest and completely empathetic, she remembers so many faces, if she doesn’t know the answer – she finds it. We left knowing, we chose the right place for our needs because of Jessica. I’d like to note that I called a week after we signed up with Move It and spoke with the manager, Sherri. It was the first time I spoke to her and she was an absolute delight. She was funny and personable, so sweet. She even knew who my husband and I are! That clearly shows a very well-managed company by a top-notch manager. Well done ladies! Thank you so much!!!!

Best storage unit I've had over the past 15 years. Manager is extremely detail oriented and helpful. Storage units are extremely clean and easy to access. I would drive out of my way to store my valuables here.

Worked with Sheri during our relocation in the north Frisco area; she was a great help and worked with us during this relocation process. Our builder kept on changing move in date; however Sheri was patient with us and worked calmly throughout our relocation process!

Yup! Sheri had great customer service. l had a great experience. I will agree with that one fellow on the ramp. It is a belly scraper, but I had nothing to worry about, I drive a Chevy and I know how to hit the gears just right to make it up that hill. Sheri took care of my vehicles and calls me if anything looks suspicious. I'll be storing more of my stuff soon!!

Can’t get over ANY of the negative reviews posted!! I’ve dealt w/ Sheri at a previous storage facility and is specifically the reason I chose this one!!! She has always been very helpful and has gone out of her way to be accommodating in every way…. The facility is very well maintained; highly secure, updated and fresh… If I were to have any complaints, it would be the ramp at the back. If you take it head on, there is a tendency to high center, ("belly scraper"), if you are in a short wheel-based vehicle. Soo...don’t forget to take the ramp at an angle!!!! (lol) I had my choice of several different storage facilities in the area; but rest assured, you personally make the difference, Sheri you’re the best, and thanks for all you do!!!!

The storage facility was wonderfully accommodating to help us find a location where we could fit a 43' RV and be able to easily get in and out. They were wonderful to work with.

What a wonderful experience. I found the staff to be very helpful. I was provided multiple options for our motor home at this facility...everything from open air, to partially covered, to the largest fully covered spot for our 43 foot baby. I the staff is so nice and cooperative and really just wants to please the customer. If you don't like this place there's something wrong with you.

Have been here for about 4 years and these people are the most accommodating and helpful that we have worked it. Upgraded our unit and was flexible with showing the new unit and having us move from one to another. I recommend them.

Jonathan Denton is flat out wrong. Sherry is the best. I utilize my storage space as my business warehouse. I've utilized a few different facilities in the area and have visited all of them. Never underestimate the importance of that one person who every customer speaks to. Sherry is a big reason why I chose Move It Self Storage. By the way, Jonathan, when using a security camera monitoring program, you have to choose a predetermined number of slots to show on the screen (ie. 4, 8, 16, etc). You'll almost always have some slots with no signal. Especially when you're showing 16 slots. You're welcome.

Sheri was a blessing in a stressful move. Getting the storage unit was a so easy. Wish the moving was that easy .....
