Needed a storage garage for a vehicle temporarily in a quick hurry. I’ve rented at this facility in the past and knew they had what I needed. Within 15 mins I was able to find the unit I needed, to reserve and complete the paperwork online, pay the admin fees associated with the setup, and got my assigned unit number and gate code with absolute ease of process! I love it when things go so smooth. The automated process takes care of everything! The office staff is great and very helpful. They’re always working behind the scenes to make sure everything goes smooth and the tenants are happy. I recommend you bring your treasures and store them here. You can’t go wrong!

I absolutely love the istorage facility. I have been using this one particular location off and on for years. I love the friendly staff, clean facility as well as the location. They are very helpful with my needs. I will always utilize this particular location. If you need storage, I suggest them. 😚🙂

There is a live-in manager on the property, I am so sorry I'm spacing his name- but he is extremely kind, helpful and attentive. It feels like there's an extra layer of safety at this particular place because of the live-in manager, unlike most self-storage facilities who rely solely on security cameras, which can only be accessed so quickly, even if there is an emergency that would require immediate attention (break ins, fire, etc). Ground level + drive up units = no elevators or narrow, maze-like hallways, make it much easier to load and unload your belongings. Lastly, as a night owl, I especially appreciate the access hours of 8am-10pm.

I had a unit here over 5 years and I will miss it. I have always had great experiences coming and going often. I was last dealing with Kate and she is GREAT!! My exit was a pleasurable one because of her. I will most likely come back soon and downgrade to a smaller unit and I know I'm in good hands. I will be in need of a place to store my belongings in the very near future so I was out looking for a potential storage facility. This was not the first place I visited but I certainly need to look no further. The lady managing the facility was very courteous and friendly and answered all my questions. The office was kept clean and I was impressed

I had an unexpected move and needed a storage garage ASAP. IStorage was on my list to call for questions about what kinds of things i would be storing, and also my desired need of accessibility. I left a voicemail. My call was returned the following morning. Perfect because I needed to seal a deal a get a unit to move my things ASAP right. I talked to a Meagan, the storage manager. At least I this is how her mannerisms projected as. I had a handful of questions I had been asking these garages n order to seal the deal for me as to where I was going to end up keeping my belongings. Never once did she give me a tone or a response like I was asking to much of her time. I wanted to store kitchen and bath items in totes, seasonal clothing, yard items, miscellaneous garage items and random tools,... the rest was able to go with me until my permanent new home. Megan let me know that although the units are not temperature controlled, that yes indeed my items were of the perfect type and able to be stored at IStorage. That day we spoke I did go to look at potential garage options and I also wanted to see in person what there was for security. They have cameras. They do have security gates. Long story not so short, I went with them. Thank you for your time Megan. Great deal.

My husband and I were able to rent a storage unit at the Greenhorn Drive location online which, was very convenient for us. When we went to drop some items off at the unit, we were greeted by great staff! They were professional, friendly and so very helpful. Not only is the site very clean but, the unit we rented is heated and air conditioned which was just what we needed! While we were there, we inquired about a covered parking for our camper. The staff found a space for us at their Pueblo West location which we were able to obtain online as well. Both units were extremely affordable! On a scale from 1-10, they are most definitely a 10+! Highly Recommend!!!

I have been renting a medium sized unit from NSA Storage and I couldn’t be happier. In addition to competitive pricing, the location is near two freeways making easily accessible from tge 10 and 60 Freeway. Video surveillance surrounds the property and after reviewing police incidents on the property prior to moving in I could not find one. I feel safe and as well feel my property is safe being stored. Staff couldn’t be any friendlier or helpful. Stop looking around, this is your spot.

A magnificent place to put your extra stuff.

This place is a great Self Storage . I had to downsize a few months ago and needed to get a storage unit for the interim. I had never needed to use a storage unit before so it was all new to me. When I called around, every other place was so expensive, and the customer service wasn't really the best. Then I called iStorage. The rate was right for me but, what really impressed me was Angel. He really did an amazing job answering my questions and helping me set up my account. Not only was he professional but also so kind and personable as well. He knew exactly what size I needed for my stuff. He's always ensuring the complex is maintained and is always friendly when I come. I would say if your looking for a great self storage that's not only secure but that has amazing customer service this is the place.

While getting my move coordinated PJ was a huge help in making me familiar with the options they had for storage and how things work. Prices here are great but I had a unique need that I realized after paying my fees and first month that they did not have. PJ was very friendly and eased my nerves with her top class customer service skills and was able to get me the refund I needed in full given that I hadn't moved in yet. PJ and her manager were very understanding and easy to talk to admist my personal mistake of jumping before I looked as I had to do a lot of coordinating these things over phone calls. I have rented at this facility for over twenty years, the constant rent increases when you have multiple units are a killer on your budget!!! I am giving my 5 stars to the new manager, Cynthia, she is excellent!!! I am thrilled they moved Susan, she was the worst manager that has ever been at this facility!!! Now that Cynthia is here I enjoy coming here again!!!!!!!

Far better so far, update is the worse unfortunately I was robbed, not even sure of what yet break in in January find out today and just not happy with the insufficient security and for someone to rob my unit, they logically had a vehicle, ironic only my unit was hit, the big conclusion will be formed based on whether or not the video is provided. At this point this is gonna be an employee (current or former) or another customer, only other thought is, the facility made no haste to repair the downed fence but that would be a long trip on foot to steal. I'll adjust review accordingly as things develop

My rent increased a lot over the years (been here 7 years) and I wasn't vary happy about it, now that I've been renting storages for over 10 years, I've come realizing that little extra money is worth every penny. This storage is the absolute most business friendly storage I've used. Right now I have 4 storages 2 in Washington, and let me tell you how much of a nightmare public storage Is the feeling they give you is, store your things and come back when you're ready to move out. if you need to organize your business storage because you are expanding, nope public storage will harass you non stop. So that being said this is hands down the best storage not only for business but for your personal belongings. Actually being business friendly is huge deal for business because you are here everyday to get tools and put your tools or trailers away.

I was on the hunt for a storage unit to hold a couple kayaks. My initial experience with the call center (probably in another country) was not so great only because the agent was more concerned with signing me up than listening to my needs. However, I visited here in person and Donna really took care of me. The unit I was first interested in did not quite fit my needs but the following day Donna called me to let me know that what I was looking for just became available. Donna listened to what my needs were and she is the reason I chose to sign with iStorage. I was very close to procuring a unit with a competitor but Donna was the difference! I would recommend stopping by to see her for your storage needs!

We had made arrangements to house an RV at another storage facility. On the day we were scheduled to store it, no one was at that storage facility and were unavailable by phone. We quickly scrambled to find a different storage facility and, to our luck, we called iStorage. Everyone we talked with were very pleasant. We were able to get our RV into iStorage that same day for a very fair price. We would definitely recommend iStorage.

Went by to switch from a large to a small storage space, and Lukas was there! He helped me with a transfer quickly. He was friendly and helpful! I’m glad they have someone in the office now!

Our previous unit #397 was broken into. It was because of Ms. Crawford we decided to stay with Securcare. Ms.Crawford made the transition very smooth for us. She tried hard to facilitate our needs. Among other things, with her help we were able to find a very nice local moving team to move stuff quickly for us. This is essentially important for us since we had to fly from other state just for this project under time constrains. We also feel Ms. Crawford is hard working, knowledgeable, detail-oriented and very enthusiastic about her work. She cares about the customers. She is a problem solver. We feel that SecurCare Self Storage is lucky to have Ms. Crawford as one of its employees who can and will help the company continue to grow up its business with good reputation. Tara was so helpful, professional, but also so personable! So many times at storage units you just have someone who looks like they'd rather be at the DMV. She helped me figure out my code for the gate and took me to my unit which I was struggling to find. Whew! Thanks, Tara!

I inadvertently left the door to my storage unit unlocked. When Moove in self storage employee was making her rounds through the storage units she noticed that my doer was not locked properly and she contacted me right away so I could get my door locked. I was very grateful for her contacting me.

Shelly really went 'the second mile', doing all she could on her end to make sure the necessary communications got through with my sister-in-law who is currently out-of-state, and being so helpful on-site for numerous details - so much appreciated!

We had to switch storage unit locations in their complex due to getting a longer vehicle and they made the transition extremely easy. We had plenty of time to move between the two. Very easy to work with.

I rented a storage space over a year or so ago. We met with Ms. Lisa Redick. She was very professional in handling the rental procedure and answered all the questions we had. Now we are in no further need of the storage space and she was contacted so we could let her know. She was very polite and gave us instructions on how to proceed. The unit, 1414, was very clean and perfect for the space we required. I would recommend MOOVE in Millsboro, Delaware for any one needing storage. Thanks to Lisa for making the process easy.

Have had a variety of storage units here off and on for years - indoor and outdoor access, various sizes, for personal and business use. All the units have been excellent, with common areas always bright, clean, and well-maintained. The staff have been excellent, with Janet, especially, always going the extra mile to make sure our experience is what we need it to be - for instance with the loan of a hand-truck when moving a few boxes in or out, and with patient phone time when we couldn't figure out our login. Very nice all around, happy to recommend.
