We've been RightSpace customers for a while now, and we recently added a covered space for our RV. Travis and Beth at the Dripping Springs, TX location were extremely courteous, polite, very helpful and patient with all my questions. They both exhibited exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help. They are the reason we have expanded our storage space to now include an RV. Thank you Travis and Beth, you are great! I don't know what their pay is, but it should be doubled. :-)

Prices just go up and up. At what price will people not be willing to pay store things? They hike prices like every other storage place out here because they simply can.

I highly recommend this storage facility! We recently moved from out of state and rented a large unit for our belongings till our house was ready. The unit was perfect - large, secure and very clean. The people who work there were friendly and responsive to everything we needed. Great place to store your things!

This storage facility has been serving the Dripping Springs area since 1996. The management teem is friendly and helpful and provides customers like me with excellent service. When I walked in the door at 4:50 on a Saturday requesting a unit change, I was courteously and efficiently taken care of. I recommend RightSpace to everyone.

Clean, organized and a mostly quick easy visit. Surprised by the requirement to have proof of insurance to cover the unit contents which is covered by my homeowners policy. However, there was no advance indication I had to provide proof of insurance and they try to upsell you on their policy.

I'm so grateful for both Travis & Lane! They both know the facility very well and we're able to work out the best deal for my needs. They were also both very friendly and easy to work with. I've been at this facility before and it is very neat and clean. Right Space Storage is the place to be!

I’ve never rented a storage unit before however this place had a Ritz-Carlton style approach to service. The sliding entry doors to the inside storage units was a little tricky trying to time it just right while holding your stuff but that was about it. Everything else was great! Super clean.

Dee, Shanna and Ali are an especially accommodating staff to complement the super clean, secure and accessible storage facility right on Hwy. 290. Our unit had electricity which really broadened the value to the extra storage space. And the personable staff gets to know your needs, and become a great resource as they already have relationships with many local businesses as customers as clients and through their community involvement.

Very clean units (I have an AC unit), good prices, FREE truck use and cold water in the office! LockTite is ALWAYS happy to sponsor local events and lend a hand when they can. This place makes storage fun!

First and foremost the staff is most excellent and most helpful! Ms Sara and the manager Mrs Dee are very pleasant and professional. The facility is kept very clean and tidy with plenty of carts for transporting storage items. I highly recommend this facility for all your storage needs.

I have had storage with Locktite since 2005. They changed owners in 2011 and I was very worried that things would change and they did for the better. Not only was the price still the same, Dee and her staff have added a lot of perks. They promote your business and they provide all kinds of trailers, free for you to use. They also have available for your use; a free moving truck, and you can use it for more than just moving in. Excellent service, locked gates, and multiple sizes of storage, both climate controlled and non climate controlled, plus RV and trailer parking.

I have stored things here for 2 years. Priced are fair and the staff is always helpful.

These guys are great! Very accomodating. Good hearted. Nice clean storage units. Super accessible. Active in community. Helpful in finding movers, they have a truck or trailer to use for moving your stuff. I would use them again for sure!

We had a great experience with LockTite Storage. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff was always helpful.

We rented a 5x10 indoor unit for 10 months while in transition. Location was our main reason for choosing LockTite, but the superior service from the gals at the office is why we would recommend. They also offer use of a trailer or truck for moving things in or out as long as you are a customer, based on availability - which was an outstanding feature for us. Using their enclosed trailer saved the day for us when moving out of our home. And using the truck to move things to our new place was extremely helpful.

Very professional, New buildings, very clean and well lit, gave us a lock, Interior has 2 wheel dolly and flat bed for tenant use. Women in office very friendly and helpful. They have a month garage sale feature which we have not used but could be very useful to someone.

I have been storing with LockTite in Dripping Springs for almost 2 years and the experience has been great. The location is very convenient to my house and it has easy access off Hwy 290. The rates are fair and less expensive in comparison to the facilities closer toward Austin. I have been extremely happy with LockTite since day 1, the staff are very friendly and always offer me a cold beverage when I come in the office. I highly recommend this company and the Dripping Springs location. I appreciate the excellent service and attention I receive. You will not be disappointed if you store with them.

We just love doing business with these people at Lock-Tite. The units are very nice and clean. We have used 4 of their climate control units at one time and are very satisfied with the service we received in booking the units. We appreciate being able to use the truck they have available to help us move our boxes out of the units and to our new home. We moved from a location 3.5 hours west of here sand were able to secure the units we needed over the phone. The grounds are well maintained and secured so we feel our storage items are in good hands. Would do business with them again anytime we feel a need to store our goods.

The facilities and folks at Lock-Tite are awesome. Their top notch personalized service, well maintained facilities, and convenient location enable me to successfully run my service business at a much lower cost than if I were renting a warehouse somewhere else. They take care of my deliveries so I don't have to worry about being there to accept them myself and even call me if a priority shipment arrives that I've asked them to be on the lookout for. Their prices are competitive but it's the service level that truly sets Lock-Tite apart from their competition, even to the point of having a cold drink ready for me whenever I need it!
