I have front gate concerns because it’s been down for a very long time. In addition, rates are a little high. Inflation I get it, but most longtime rental folks can’t really afford the rate increases over the last couple of years. Just saying, but overall I am very happy with the location and especially the staff…

It has been a great two years with this location management is great and safe place to have a storage unit. Liz at the front disk has been really helpful for questions. The unfortunate experience has been these past couple of months after they got bought out by a new owner SecureCare Self Storage previous Metro Self Storage and has added another increase after a significant increase two months ago. It's not good for those tenant who are looking to stay for a while because it is just increasing. I called the corporate line and they are unhelpful by saying that they can't do anything about it and put me in a list that a district manager will call. It's all BS.

Great customer service, the lady in the front desk is SUPEER NICE and was very helpful in showing the different options of units and explaining how much fits in a unit.

My son used this storage business to help him transition his move from an apartment to a home. They offered him a discount for the first month. He only used the facility for about three months, but he said it was worthwhile. The property is clean and well-maintained. The staff was also helpful. :-)

I’m new to town. I’ve been looking for a storage for a couple of days. I didn’t realize that with Covid and everything else all the storage units in town would be sold out. I couldn’t find one unit even a small unit. I called the woman on the phone was so nice and patient and she found me a different unit at a different location. Then I got a call from Bobby. And I went right in and set up my new storage unit. It was completely effortless and painless Bobby is excellent customer service. I feel it’s really good about using natural self storage thank you for your help

One of the best storage facilities I've ever used. Easily accessible, rates aren't terribly high, management lives on site, and it's 24 hour accessible, which is important to me, yet hard to find. Never made sense to pay for restricted access to my things, at a different location than where I live.

My daughter chose Metro Storage for me because it was close to her house. She was helping me move from out of state. Since then I've made the move back to El Paso and at the present time have three storage units at Metro. I'm happy with them... it's neat, clean, and convenient. The staff is nice, say hello and often ask if we're doing okay.

I have been with Metro Storage for years. The staff is always friendly and helpful and go out of their way to assist with any questions/concerns. The facility is always clean and in good condition. I wish the mandatory insurance fee would go away but that is for the powers that be to take into consideration. I would give them 5 stars.
