We had an emergency with flooding and needed a place to store our personal belongings. The PM Marco was very helpful and hooked us up with the 1st month free. With a disaster like this, it was very thoughtful for him to offer us that discount. Recommend this place to anyone that needs a place to store their items.

Great storage facility. Clean, spacious and like new car storage ( 10X20 ). Easy to find and only 7 min from airport. On site manager , Sandra, was informative , available and responsive. All around good experience!

Great experience. Quick, easy and extremely modern. I can now manage every aspect of my rental online. The staff is super friendly and the rates are the best bang for your buck. During my walk-through, I noticed the units are very well maintained and cleanliness seems to be a priority. The third-party insurance offered is not worth the papers printed on, I recommend finding your own insurance company. To end on a positive note they offer great monthly promotions and have both climate control and non-climate control units.

Easy to work with for our storage needs. Love the discount for annual renting and the climate xontrolled.. Not sure why I had to have insurance though since the coverages are not high for furniture storage.

The Manager Freddy Garcia was the best! He was very helpful and professional. He answered all my questions and showed me the two unit sizes with no hesitation. The unit is climate controlled. The interior lights are on a timer so I don't have to remember to shut them off. The unit was very clean. I highly recommend Mr. Garcia and Move It Storage.

very good location, the place is clean and well maintained. The office clerk is a new employee and did not greet me as a customer. Not even a chair for me to sit down I had to wait standing up until he finished his conversation on the phone. He did not even introduce himself I had to ask for his name. But he is learning. Also, I feel he should park his vehicle inside the gate and not outside. Very limited parking space. Other than that very good place.

Moved into Move it storage unit on a blisteringly hot day in August. Clerk was extra patient and very knowledgeable about units guiding me to a suitable climate controlled unit and even provided a free dolly and was able to sell me a lock to secure the unit. Thanks for making an unbearable experience bearable!

Samantha was the front desk agent who helped me first. She was kind and understanding. Just biased on my experience with her and how easy she made getting the storage room, I'd definitely refer friends and family here. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I was not able to keep my storage unit. I called Samantha back and explained what was going on and she advised to call the next day during business hours and speak with the manager Celia. I did just that the next day. I explained my situation to the customer service agent who then took a message and had the manager call me back. Every one of the agents took their time to make me feel appreciated and understood. After talking with the manager they were able to help me with closing out my account. With out the circumstances that had happened I'd have used this place as often as possible and even more so now after seeing how every one of the employees handles their customers. Would highly recommend
