He was gracious, attentive, and quick in delivering the service I needed. I completed the transaction in about 20 minute, which included a site visit to the various units to determine the appropriate one for my present needs. I was referred to IStorage, and understand why it was so highly recommended. The facility was clean both internally and externally and the access hours are most convenient. If you're looking for a good storage unit in Midtown I highly recommend this one! They have cameras everywhere too so you can feel safe while in their long hallways.

Highly recommend! I had a great experience here. The on-site manager is very friendly and helpful and personable. Our personalities clicked and it was a very positive experience to find the right rental unit for my needs. The on-site manager talked through what my needs were and helped me with my first one storage rental experience. The storage building is clean and feels secure and is air conditioned with huge locks and entry controller by time and security also so I get all the bells and whistles. The process to sign up was easy and simple. I also at the time of renting my storage lucked out with some online specials so that sweetens Lethe experience further. I was a little concerned about the policy to increase storage rents at will and the online pricing said an amount/month, so time will tell. It I purchased 6 months up front and will see how long term storage customers get treated over the long run.

I wanted to start off by saying the customer service at this storage facility is awesome! Connie and Maddison made my experience in helping my uncle get a storage unit very easy and stress-free. They were both very respectful, helpful, and their customer service was on POINT. I was also very impressed with how well kept the facility looked in comparison to others that my uncle and I have been to. So with that and along with their positive attitude, it really urged us to come to this facility! I highly recommend coming here and to ask for either one of them if you would like a good experience in doing business with them!

Overall great experience! I called to inquire about available storage units near me and was able to locate and secure one in under 15 minutes. During the conversation, I told the associate that I was unsure of whether I should get a 10x10 or 15x10 for my belongings. I told him exactly what I was going to store and he recommended a 10x10. Fast forward a few days and I was able to successfully fit into the 10x10. Thank you for the expertise and professionalism!

Connie is the best! Came later on my last day before my renewal payment was required due to the fact that I was waiting for my movers who arrived over an hour late to my pickup appointment. She made sure I knew the checkout steps and removed my auto renew payment to avoid further charges. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I chose this location because it's closer to my office and wedged in a great neighborhood between work and home. Connie was very happy to answer all my questions in advance. I was able to move all my stuff into my unit in less than 20 minutes. Their facilities were easy to navigate and very clean all throughout. I'm happier with iStorage, especially if you live/work near downtown Houston.

I love love LOOVE this storage facility! This location is always in mint condition, I have always felt so safe storing my belongings here, I'm obsessed with the fact that everyone has a very unique and long code to access the elevators, the elevators are speedy fast, there is never a shortage of dollies or carts, the office always has water and protein shakes on deck, and the staff is quite literally the best! Ra'quinn specifically has helped time after time since iStorage took over Proguard. He made us feel like nothing was changing expect some new smiling faces. Just recently I was trapped out of the country, stressed as can be. He moved mountains for me until I could access my funds again. Ra'quinn is constantly diligent, he never skips a beat and always has a big smile on his face :) Thank you all for quality service!

Clean facilities, friendly staff, very accessible. Felt very secure - each unit is given a unique code to access the elevator. If that code is not entered, and your unit door opens, the office is notified by an alarm.

I used this storage facility and had a positive experience. The facility was clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. They helped make the move in and move out process a stress free experience.

When this location opened, I was one of their first clients. At that time, I needed two units. I have only one unit now, but cannot say anything less than helpful and efficient about the on-site managers that have moved in and off the location. I particularly appreciate the cleanliness and the covered parking that is also kept clean. No trash at any time.

Absolutely amazing experience here! Jackie and Eric are wonderful to deal with. Very nice security features, including cameras everywhere, coded elevators and doors, mover codes (so you dont have to give out your own), and 24 hour support from office as they stay on site. This will be my choice for storage for a long time.

After opting for early retirement in 2009 I eventually sold my condo in Montrose, moved to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and rented a storage unit for things I didn't want to ship to Mexico but also didn't want to throw away. The people who run Proguard were so nice, the climate controlled facility is nice, and accessibility is excellent. After approximately 9 years I closed my storage unit this month. To anyone needing a storage space I would say Proguard is excellent. All of the things I put in storage were in excellent condition when I retrieved them. Many thanks to Proguard Self Storage.

RENT HERE!!! Eric and Jackie are fantastic! We rented a unit from them for a few months while between apartments and it was the nicest service we received in looking for a storage facility. They make sure you understand all the terms and conditions while letting you enjoy a beverage (tea, coffee, soda etc.) which was a nice little perk! Getting moved in and out was so easy with the carts the offered us and a Uhaul was easily able to back right up to the doors. Thank you both for everything!!!!!

Best customer service in town! Always available for help or questions and are prompt in helping get set up or move out. I recommend Proguard Self Storage to everyone and the one in Midtown is my favorite.

I used Proguard Self Storage for a little over six months, the process was easy, along with easy access to my storage unit, The Staff at Proguard was always nice and pleasant. The facility was always keep clean and free of any critters. I would highly recommend and use their service in the future.

I was in unit 1023 for about 15 months or so, I used the unit to store business inventory. It was on first floor and I will tell you; everything about this place worked well. The layout, the ease of access, the incredible staff and how easy it was to sign up and then move out when it came time to expand. The only improvement suggestion is to allow morning access to start @ 5am (maybe allow temp code with Pre-online scheduling). Other than that, Midtown Proguard has made this brand for me, Proguard is the way to go!!!

I flooded during Harvey and stored everything I saved at Proguard until finding a new home. The facility was spotless and the staff friendly and accommodating.

I enjoyed my experience with this location. There was an extremely easy move in/move out process and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was always clean and never any issues, while I was there, with security or things of the such.

It's a storage facility. It holds your stuff. It's clean and easy to access. Check out was easy and there's plenty of parking. Guess that's all you can expect, so five stars.

Pat and Terry are great property managers! This facility is clean and safe. I was able to access my storage anytime with no issues. The security codes were great to get in and out of the building. I really liked the covered parking and how it’s close to the elevators. I definitely recommend this location.

Less rent than other storage places and better location. Friendly owners, I didnt have to give a notice and a late fee was waived.

Well maintained units.

When a 1 month storage rental turned into 6 months I was really nervous about not having all of my stuff of that long! But after picking up everything yesterday all of the contents of the unit are still in pristine condition. The building is always clean and secure, and the management team is wonderful. They made the move in/move out process so easy and you can autopay online. So thankful to Terry & Pat for being awesome managers!
