This place is SO clean! Nikki was friendly and fast to get us what we needed.

Great experience signing up for a storage unit at the facility. The facility manager is the one who helped me and she was super sweet and courteous. She has been super welcoming over the past couple weeks since I signed up. She always has a smile and waves to say hi. The security setup is great as well. I appreciate all the different steps they take to make me feel safe entering the facility.

The #1 criteria for picking a storage facility should be how good is their security. I have had stuff stolen from other facilities in the past and learned the hard way how easy it is to steal from a storage unit if the facility doesn’t take security seriously. If you use a padlock with a normal key, that will only take a mediocre lock picker 1 minute to pick. I spoke with the staff about their security at this facility. I won’t go into all of the details here, but suffice it to say that I was blown away by how good their security is. Also, the staff is super nice and friendly to boot!!!

Connie is a sweat heart that goes above and beyond to help her customers!! This storage facility is a little more expensive compared to others near by. But given the location and customer service I did not mind paying the extra $$ for my storage unit. I would say level (4) has a weird saw dust smell. If someone could spray some air freshener up there that would be fantastic lol.

The storage facility is clean, maintained, and well managed. My job has brought me to Houston, and I quickly discovered that Houston has hundreds of storage facilities, which was beyond overwhelming. iStorage was our third stop after doing some research. After viewing the facility, along with wonderful service from the staff, we decided to look no further. We are now proud customers of iStorage, and strongly recommend this facility to anyone in the area looking for safe, affordable, and well managed storage.

Yet I am so appreciative of this storage place that my locks were not cut off when my rent was late much like other places I have stored items. Paying $20 for a lock Everytime they put your unit in auction doesn't help especially during these hard times. Thank you so much Mr Mitch and Mrs Connie. I still have another unit there and I know it will be safe.

This facility is staffed by its owners and they were really nice, I mostly interacted with Jackie and she was very helpful too, they let me bring my stuff after hours, I couldnt fit everything in my car on one ride and she watched a table for me, etc. even though I had a unit only for 3 months I would not hesitate to come back again.

The facility itself is well maintained and clean. The rates are excellent considering that the air is conditioned and the size of the units are reasonable for the price they ask. I would use this company again and can recommend this location.

Had a great experience. Clean units, air conditioned and safe. I only needed to store my things for 1~2 months in-between apartments, and Proguard made sure this went as smoothly as possible. Thanks y'all for making my life easier!

Just procured a 10x12.5 unit for a pretty reasonable rate. The place is about a mile from home which is very convenient and easy to get to. The access is controlled via a code in the elevator to get you to your floor. After hours you need the code to get in the main door and then again in the elevator. There is no 24-hr access which is unfortunate, but you just have to deal with it. The place is also very clean and the drink machine is only $1 for a 20oz. 😊. Recommended.

This facility is hands down the cleanest storage location on earth! The management and staff are professional and courteous. Can’t imagine using anyone else in the future. So glad I rented from this location and will again if needed.

If you need temporary or long term storage. This is the place! Great location, great security and great rates. This facility is well managed and it has all the conveniences for moving. I used it for short term storage and I was very pleased with everything (rental, check out, security and hours).

Great customer service! They made it very easy to get a unit and to close out my unit as well. Overall I was very pleased with my experience. Also though I recommend doing this on off hours, you can get a semi into their parking lot, which made emptying my storage unit very easy.

This place is pretty cool. Easy to sign up, month by month billing, clean place and Paul was very helpful.

We had a 10x10 temperature controlled unit for three years. Having access to the unit whenever we needed was very convenient. The reps on site are super friendly and even after hours it always felt safe and secure. Highly recommended.

We've had our personal things stored at this Proguard Self Storage for about 7 years. We started out with a larger unit, moved to a somewhat smaller unit and then finally to a 10X10 unit. We've always had good service, the facility is always clean and well maintained and the location is convenient. We've finally downsized and no longer require a unit, but Roger and Arlene have been wonderful. Thank you. - Linda T.

This place is awesome. Extremely clean. Never any break ins. Great price. And Mgmt is unbelievably helpful. Nice safe location. If you travel out this is where to store your valuables.
