Yes, insurance is a requirement for any storage unit. If you have homeowners or renter's insurance, it may also extend to your storage unit. If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

Thankful for Jacob!!! I rent at the I-storage in Humble Texas. We recently moved and we’re moving our belongings out of storage to another near us. Apparently we left one afternoon, got distracted, and forgot to close and lock our storage door at &I-Storage. The young man that works there is named Jacob. As soon as we got back to the facility for the next round of move, Jacob came to us with our keys. He is the one that told me that we had left the door open and the lock and key there. We were so thankful about it because we had a safe in that room that had a large amount of cash in it. Jacob had locked our room up and secured it and kept the keys for us. I told him that he needs to tell his manager that he needs a good raise because all of our money was in our safe. Of course you have to know the code to get into it but, someone could’ve taken it and put a welding torch to it and opened it up. So kudos to Jacob at the i-storage in humble Texas. .

The young man/manager was such a wonderful, polite, patient, informative and explaining in detail all the costing. He showed us all the different sizes. Then we went into the office, where are once again he explained everything in detail!
The guy on staff is very courteous, was very helpful, and even endured we had a discount from a currently happening special.

Rented a U-Haul from this location. I'm not sure what else to say about it other than my truck was there I used it and about the truck back and I didn't have any issues. I was a little anxious about using my phone to check the truck out but I follow the directions and it worked exactly how it said it would. I didn't go in to the building so I can't say anything about the storage part of it.

I run a small business our of a storage locker at Stor-A-Way. This place is great. The staff is friendly, air conditioning blows cold, and the price is right. During the week is's quiet. If you're navigating there via in-car navigation or on an apple device, check the google map because your nav will send you in the wrong direction.

I’ve been a customer at Humble FM 1960 Storage since 2017. I am 100% satisfied with the storage facility, the pricing and the staff! It’s super clean and well maintained. I shopped online and actually found a larger unit with them that was cheaper than their competitor. They are always reachable by phone and very friendly. They are also flexible if you are having issues with payment on due date. Also you can make your payments online and it’s super easy! Definitely recommended to anyone looking for reliable, affordable, clean storage!

This is a great storage facility! FedEx or UPS delivers to my unit at least once per week and the deliveries are always handled very good by the office staff. I have been very pleased with this facility.

Nedra, the property manager, is extremely courteous and helpful! Moving is a pain as is, and we were not only in a time crunch, but had WAY more belonging than we thought we did lol, and Nedra went out of her to help us! Not only was she at work and open during The Houston area snowpocalypse, she was pleasant and made the storage experience a breeze. We have multiple units here and are extremely happy with the cleanliness, upkeep, and staff on the property. There is an employee there (I am so sorry, I can’t remember her name) that is the sweetest person ever. Working in the hospitality industry, friendly and smiling staff always stands out to me as they can make or break your business. Thank you ladies for helping us out!
