I rented a unit for over a year. I had no issues with the space nor access to the facility. The staff is responsive and friendly. I truly recommend this company.

Clean indoor storage. The reason for 3 stars is they will raise the price after you move in...don't be fooled by promotion price. After only a few months of renting, price went up by $12 a month. Curious what they try to raise the rent by in a few more months.

Very helpful staff

Always friendly staff when I call in to pay. Everytime I've had an issue they've helped get it fixed. If we left the lock open when leaving, they've called to make sure someone knows it was shut by them and when it was found open. Late on payment it's worked with. Can't access or forgot out gate pin, no problem. Want auto pay or online options too. Pretty sure this is main questions I had few years ago. Only downside is inflation.

My experience with RightSpace,the name really says it’s truth,right place. The online selecting my storage was easy. I pick my unit, understand the rules,pay for the space all online. Went to pickup the gate code, purchased the type of lock, (Which was a savings (10$)). The attendant was so nice(refreshing) and friendly, even though he was busy,He kept a positive attitude.With that said I highly recommend this place.

RightSpace storage went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. Great space, great accessibility, easy access but also secure at the same time. I will definitely consider them as my first choice for storage.

I’ve had a few storage units here and honestly have no complaints besides the gate was messed up 10 mins before the gate closed and wasn’t able to get in and or get ahold of anyone. Wasn’t just myself two other cars had the same issue.No RATS, Roaches...etc. Other than that Right space storage is alright!

Never had a problem here. Stored our things here from April 2017 to December 2019. Staff was always very helpful working through problems. I was even sent photos of my car to make sure it was ok. Definitely recommended.

For what it is, it's fine, it's really easy to break into though, due to the gaps in walls that are about a foot tall between the ceiling and wall. We got broken into....

Other than at times the office being closed due to the attendant having to go to do check the storage areas, the service is great. I think prices could be a few dollars less but overall not bad with the first two months half price promotion I had (ensure to rent at the beginning of the month so is worth the two month free deal if is still available).

Enjoyed little talk while waiting on some paperwork and I was able to complete my check in in less than 10min. No rush. Storage unit... Outdoor.... Is clean and during rainy weather. My items were not affected.

I have a 10x10 climate controlled unit that i pay $90 a month for. I am happy with the unit, the service, online payment, and any employee i have encountered. I am out of state & would never have a unit in central texas that wasn't climate controlled! The re is a security man that lives on the premises, and it would be difficult for anyone to get in that wasn't supposed to be there, and they have cameras everywhere, so i am confident my belongings are safe.

I didn't appreciate that our rent would suddenly increase on our unit, which happened multiple times in the 1 year we rented. As others mention, our stuff also had some damage from rodents, which included a box that had paintballs which then splattered paint all over everything else in the box. I suppose I'm grateful for no bugs though. I can say the staff has been friendly whenever I've interacted with them.

Good spaces. Have large warehouse units. Ladies and gentlemen in the office have always been professional and helpful. I now have 4 units. They have added more inside temperature controlled space. They also have rental trucks and car hauling trailers. Gated and lighted. They have spaces for vehicles and small trailers too.

First of all, the office was clean and professional. The advisor at the desk, definitely had her ducks in a row. We had just come off a 15 hour drive straight through and she was bright and right on top of the paperwork and instructions. We were in and out very quickly. Also we were impressed with the property was very well maintained as a whole. Makes me feel secure to know how efficient the company is. Made my reservations online the day prior, received a call from a represenitive shortly afterwards to verify my information and answer any questions I had. Reserving was quick & easy, no payment or obligations at that point. This is a large facility overall clean from what I saw at my time there. Staff was friendly and efficient. Suites my needs for packing up and storing a classroom for the summer. Overall satisfied with service for the money.

PROS-Friendly customer service, worker helped me with jumping my dead battery. Storage locker was clean, the storage lot was secure. CONS-One of the storage room door couldn't open all the way, kept on moving down. Dead insects and rodents poop we're in storage room.
