This place is clean and professionally run. I recently moved my stuff due to moving out of state, but would recommend this place to anyone!

David has been more than helpful since I first called before I even got a unit at this location. He has always made me feel welcome and kept me calm when I had questions or concerns and was upset about my experience with the company. Teresa is a great property manager!! Every time I’ve had an issues with door codes, payment issues, etc. she has been on top of it every single time!! I used to deal with Matt but she has picked up where he left off and has done a better job of maintaining things as well as keeping the grounds presentable and safe for everyone that utilizes this business! Going on 2 years of having a unit here and I won’t go anywhere else due to Teresa and how great the customer service is!!

I had the pleasure of storing quite a lot of very important things with Northwest Self Storage in Spanaway Washington. What initially was only going to be a month or two turned into almost two years. When I retired, sold my Washington home, and moved to Southern Nevada, I hired a moving company to haul the majority of my life's belongings in two semi truck trailers. There were so many things I couldn't trust to complete strangers to haul and care for the 1200 mile trip so I called Northwest storage and rented four units. About a month after moving my things in to storage I was fortunate enough to meet the new manager Belinda, a most wonderful and professional lady who had transferred to this location from the Tacoma location. Over the time and many trips with my pickup and trailer Belinda bailed me out of countless situations, me losing my keys to locks, needing help getting in to my units, and many times in my travels up here, me needing to stay inside the gates past the 10 pm closing time. I have to say, we became pretty good friends over the time I have been here. With her incredible leadership of this facility, I always felt my beloved things were completely safe, as much as if I were guarding them myself. This past weekend I finally made my last trip and loaded the last trailer and pickup load, and pulled the door down in my final unit for the last time. In all the time I have been here, everything was completely safe, watched over and protected. I could be all the way down in Nevada and never worry about my things. All thanks to a very professional secure storage facility in Spanaway Washington where a great friend Belinda resides and protects 24 hours a day. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my most important stuff for almost two years!!! You most definitely went above and beyond to make a happy customer :)

I have had a very positive experience with SecureCare storage. My day started out well enough the movers were on time and were very efficient. We were supposed to be met at the rental property With the man holding the keys, for four hours we waited. And waited. As soon as It was obviously a scam I contacted NSA. They were helpful and efficient in getting me taken care of. Bless you all! My only beef with them would be that the many times I have called I can not get Anyone to answer the phones. Not a deal breaker.

There when I needed the storage, secure and safe. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Wish there had been electricity on the open space but the covered spaces were too pricy for the electric. This is why I moved, batteries needed electric and it wasn’t affordable for me to move to a covered space.

I came back to Norman from California this past weekend to go through my storage locker when I realized that I had forgotten may storage locker key. Fortunately Diana was working in the office and when I told her what I had done she immediately reached out to a lock smith and was able to get him to come over that afternoon. I was so lucky that she was working that day! She was also able to assist me a couple of days later with transitioning into a smaller locker. She was a pleasure to deal with; so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about operations of this business. A definite asset to her employer! Thank you, Diana!

Moove in self storage is a brand new stroage facility. It is incredibly clean and well kept. The units are great in size and light up entirely, they are all indoor units. Wonder building located just off the highway so its easy access to get there especially in A moving truck. Chris from moove in is the best ! He is the friendly face when you walk into the office he always helps as much as he can, returns phone calls, voice-mail he will work with you if you need something instead of acting like there's nothing he can do. Amazing person. If I ever need a storage unit again, this is no doubt the place I'll be going!!

This is the best storage company in Lake Havasu City. I had my unit for several years because I'm a full-time nomad and it was easy to rent a unit and I felt my items were completely safe while I was away for most of the year. The place is always clean and the staff very nice and helpful. If I needed another storage unit, it would be the first place I'd go.

Miss Jay is absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped us coordinate equipment rental to the storage facility and help us with all of the logistics associated with over cross country move. Nick was super helpful and knowledgeable. Had a couple of hiccups when I first tried to rent as for some reason I did not get a confirmation and tried the next day to rent the unit and Nick phoned me right away and helped me cancel the one from the previous day and transferred my unit to one that was the correct size. All in all it has been a great experience so far. Will be moving stuff soon. Thanks again Nick!!!

I’ve had my storage for just about 6 months already so I wanted to wait before I left a review so It could be genuine. All my things have been safe. Francesca has been awesome. Super welcoming and always helpful with anything I’ve needed. There’s been times I’ve forgot to put my lock on correctly and Immediately a replacement lock is put in place until I can make it back out. My rate did change however I was notified ahead of time in case I wanted to make changes which is totally fair. I had my doubts at first but it’s been a great storage facility for me.

Great place to get a storage unit. They have lots of different sizes as well as some in climate control. They are well secured with lights around the property, security cameras, and key coded gates. The property manager works really hard to keep the place looking in great shape.

I walked into the facility and there was a lady getting upset and yelling at the two workers. I couldnt help but over hear what was being said, and it was something that had happened before they both even started working here. The two ladys handled it so very well even though they werent here when the incident had happened. It is people like Holly & Kylee who make this facility how it is today. Thank you girls for answering all my questions i had and i will be back to finish my rental asap. You both took care of that situation so well!

The Office Staff is good, nice, I'm split on rating because the roads have been being tared in there so when you rent a uhaul to find out that you can't get into the unit you are making a second trip to empty but there are no vehicles allowed on that road it's a waste of Uhaul rental.. I'm coming from Cape Uhaul charges 99 cents a mile, day #2 should of emptied my full unit but the road was wet tar & roped off.. $140 a day for Uhaul isn't cheap... Granted they extended me a 4 day removal because of the roads but you have to reserve the Uhaul the day before so it's defeating my purpose of emptying the unit

Andre from Secure Self storage in Decatur is always professional and he responds very quickly. He gives a courtesy call to customers to warn them of an upcoming late fee. He is definitely an improvement from the previous manager.

Nice storage facility. We have parked our RV here for 1.5 years without any issues. Delroy has always been helpful, but price has gone up twice in less than a year. Because of this, I'm considering switching to a closer to home storage facility.

Property manager was MORE than accommodating. I’m recently separated, moving to the area from neighboring city, and have a minor injury that limits my mobility. He was very welcoming, appreciative of the business and helped find the unit that was lowest price easily accessible. In fact, the first unit I tried proved a little too difficult to access, so he reaccommodated me immediately. It is very helpful to know they will work with me if needed, as needed.

Pete was such a great help today! I was struggling with my unit lock and latch and he helped resolve the issue and shared tips to help in the future.

Ive been here for 6 years now and honestly Its the wonderful professional helpful and kind staff that make this one of if not the best storage facilities ever. Specifically the front office associate Ms. Daisy. who not only is proficient at making sure that she provides excellent quality customer service with a smile but is also quite exemplary at independently running a business correctly by remaining both professional in her diligence with respect to her work ethic she’s on time all the time and she makes sure that everyone is treated fairly. That kind of attitude and wisdom is essential to a business like this and any other business so we are all fortunate for someone with such a strong and intuitive understanding of individuals and how to relate to them her overall character and mentality are outstanding and show obvious signs of leadership qualities and skills needed to achieve success in business and in life. Shes a hard working consistent kind and very intelligent young lady who has definitely earned my respect over these past 6-7 years she really does deserves a raise and a promotion plus two weeks all expenses paid vacation to anywhere in the world because she is an invaluable asset to the company she chooses to work for. Shes basically running this place. Her and forgive me but the employees name slips my mind but i recognize her sincere warm smiling face instantly the nice lady who keeps the place tidy shes cool too. Always there to help if you need it and very courteous friendly and meticulous this place is always spotless and fresh. If i could give 10 stars i would. Just based off of the care that goes into Interactions with each and every customer and the quality of customer service alone. Wasn’t a bad experience, I stayed here for like 6-9 months. They did though throughout the months continue to raise my bill though. It went from $108 to like $144 for a small space so that’s kind of a bummer 🤷🏽‍♀️

The move-in and move-out process was very smooth. The staff was very responsive (although they do have somewhat limited hours, they were good at replying to voice messages). There were some maintenance issues for a while (the keypad on the rear door was still not working on my move-out date and hasn't worked in months), but overall Moove-In seems to be getting the issues sorted out, and I expect things will be fixed in a reasonable time-frame.
