Pam!! The epitome of customer service! I'm a newbie and had rented the unit over the phone via a national representative. When I arrived on site, Pam was already expecting me and knew which unit was mine. She explained everything I needed to know, patiently and thorough. She had prepared the unit for me, ensuring it was tidy and ready for me. She gave me step by step instructions, and ensured my code opened the gate. She even accompanied to the unit, showed me how to place the lock ensureing that it indeed, locks. She even offered tips on how to place the lock so it is easier to open. I have rented other units elsewhere, and not one has ever shown so much effort and gone the extra mile! If customer servixe is important to you, I highly recommend, Moveit, located at 6600 N 10th in McAllen, TX, and ask for Pam. You will not be disappointed!

Easy access, light inside with switch on the outside (on a timer so it shuts off automatically), very friendly manager, clean, good location...what's not to like?
