This storage was obtained right after the Xmas tornado in 2015. I originally chose it because of location but found it to be the selection to make and kept it for seven years. The grounds are always clean and well taken care of. I’ve never had any issues because there has always been someone there to assist me in person or by phone. Alyesia was so helpful to me in the past and when we checked out. She made this process easy.

I had the best experience here. I was moving out of my home and into a smaller place with my boyfriend and I just needed a storage unit for the time being. I had went to two other places (great value?? And public storage, both around 80/belt line) and I didn't have a good experience at either place (but that's for another review....). As soon as I walked into Storage King, I asked if I was in the right place to rent a unit and I was greeted with an enthusiastic yes. I have nothing but great things to say about Storage King USA, the manager (I think?) Cody, and my entire experience there. Cody made sure I understood everything I was getting into, all of my options, and honestly just made me feel safe. After never having a storage unit before and having been to two other places that gave me the creeps and the ick, I knew my stuff was safe and at home with Cody and Storage King USA. They do referrals for bringing business to them and (even without the referral discount) I would send all of my friends and family to this Storage King and it’s all because of Cody and the time he took for me to feel safe and comfortable here.

Have been a customer since 2012 (review posted October 16 2020). The good: Clean, easy access, good location. The bad: Price; they keep raising the price. I have changed units once. They went through an acquisition by The William Warren Group, I can't remember how far back that was. My rent was increased on 12/3/2014, 12/3/2015, 12/3/2017, 11/3/2020 and I believe one other time that I didn't scan the letter. The unit I'm in now started off at $189/mo seven years ago. The price is now $302/mo (last price was $279/mo) - a 10x25, non-climate controlled unit.

I live nearby and have been intrigued by The Storage Place. It appears to be secluded, quiet, tidied landscape, and not too far from the freeway. Although it’s a bit pricier than other storage places, it’s clean, organized, and secure. You get what you pay, for a peace of mind. On my first visit, the property manager is friendly, warm, patient, and accommodating. Unlike my second visit, the assistant manager was rushed and impatient with my questions, in which did not know the answers to. I was referred to read the documents online. What a turn off in a business standpoint! A positive customer service experience is a staple of business. This assistant manager needs to take classes on better customer care. Although my experience with this assistant manager rubbed me off, everything else was 5 star rated. I’m happy and contented to have chosen this place thus far.

The office was very busy and I observed that the other customers received the same warm and caring service. The storage areas were clean and well kept. The heart of this place is Nancy, the on-site manager. She really takes care of us and helps the atmosphere still seem caring even though the property is now managed on a larger scale by a large, impersonal management company. The one thing I like about the management company is the automated bill pay option over the phone. The security seems good at this site, and Nancy makes sure the property stays clean.

The staff is so helpful and personable. The grounds are always clean and there's never anyone just hanging around. I feel very safe while there.

I like to buy stamps and mail packages at The Storage Place. It is more convenient than Post Office is. They also handle packages for UPS and FedEx, which is another Plus for me.

We only need the unit for a few months while we are doing some remodeling on our home but we will definitely recommend The Storage Place to anyone who needs to store things in the future.

I called up and after discussing the options I was given a reservation for the unit that I wanted. I came over a day or two later and got the unit. The process was simple and quick. Customer Service seems to be very good. The location is especially convenient for my needs and easy to access close to the 30 fwy. Overall recommend this place for your storage needs.

We rented here in the past and we came back because of the service that we received from Ms. Nancy. She was very professional, courteous, works really hard and truly cares about the property. Even when she is busy she is courteous. Please get her some help I would really hate for y’all to loose such a wonderful worker by wearing her out.

My husband and I needed to do some major spring cleaning and also wanted to really declutter our space so we decided to check it out. We absolutely love how clean this place is and how comfortable it feels to come here anytime we need to. I've had a storage unit in the past and have been to many others but this one is honestly the most well kept facility I've ever laid eyes on inside and out! I love the climate controlled units and how they truly are climate controlled (some places say that but still have it hot and sweltering inside). Nancy helped us and took amazing care of us by showing us around and making us feel comfortable about what we were doing renting with them. I'd recommend them to anyone I know!

The manager was great. I had 10 mins before she closed on a Sat. afternoon and she called me and waited on me to get there.

Gotta love this place

This facility is well maintained. When I arrived at my storage unit I was surprised at how clean it was. Immaculate! More than enough room for me, but the staff said they could put me on a wait list for a smaller unit I which I thought was accommodating on their part. The next day my wife met my daughter to retrieve one of the furniture pieces there. Then a day or two later, the staff notified me that the lock had not been put in place properly so I thanked them and went by to ensure everything was okay (no problems) and to install the lock plate correctly. This was an oversight on our part, but a big thank you to Elena for contacting me and giving me a heads up. Great staff, great facility and a safe location. I would highly recommend this location.

Nancy is a great manager. The facility was always perfectly maintained. She takes pride in her work. We downsized our business and moved closer to home. One of Nancys Co workers became confrontational and accused us of things we did not do. We had been there several years without problems. While this was not Nancy fault we just grew tired of that Co Workers behavior. Was glad to hear problem Co Worker is gone.

I have been a customer since 2007. In this past decade, they have always maintained these units excellently! Nancy & Elena are the best to work with. Their customer service is top notch!! I have had indoor and outdoor units and both have served us well. Security is definitely secure. When I had to package orders in my unit, I never felt unsafe. Their prices are competitve but you get alot for the money- safe, cleanliness, mailroom. Great for self employed folks like us!

I've been here for a couple of years now, and have rented from other facilities over many decades. Never have I been at such a well run place as The Storage Place! Nancy and Elena keep the place looking spotless, and the security I feel keeping my valuables locked and out of the weather is perfect. I've had two friends rent from here after I recommended it to them, and they were very happy as well. Nothing to improve as far as I can tell... and those two are the heart and soul of The Storage Place!

Great experience! I needed a place to store some home goods in a hurry (10/28/2016), made a reservation online, when I got there the 2 ladies behind the desk were VERY helpful and knowledgeable, 15 mins later I was storing my stuff! Definitely recommend!!

Friendly staff.. manager worked with my needs and budget..if you are happy with your unit long term, this place is Ok... If you find that your unit does not meet your needs once you start moving in and if you find something that does, you will NOT get a refund... This was not explained upon acquisition of the unit.. I was out $100 minus one week of storage
