Prompt and courteous service. Only concern I had was about the $ 20.00 admin fee. Clean property with easy and secure access to the storage from either side during entrance and exit.

I rented a storage unit in October with the help of “Crystal” who was so friendly and helpful. She took her time and made the whole process smooth and easy. When my circumstances changed in December and I no longer needed the unit Crystal again helped me cancel the unit, and even refunded my initial payment in full! And she did so with the same pleasant and professional attitude I had experienced on my first visit! I highly recommend Right Space Storage and their superstar employee Crystal!!

The only post office I’ll ever visit in DFW. Very helpful even if they’re busy. Other post offices don’t want to help you figure out how to pack what you’re shipping and make you feel like you should know what you’re doing but I’ve consistently had extremely helpful interactions at this location. Takes the stress out of mailing things across the country!

We have rented a spot for our Motor coach and have not parked it there yet but Crystal was so helpful and made the renting process so easy.

We ended up finding a house before we were set to use our storage units, so we didn't actually use the units. I am giving 5 stars because of the customer service I received from the office manager. Crystal went above and beyond to help me get the units rented, (personally walking the property to find the best 2 together), and then when I needed to cancel, she very graciously offered to credit my bill. Gosh I wish all business were run by Crystal! This young woman needs a raise!

Great transaction with Rightspace. I was moving to a more convenient RV parking space. The change was easy and the new space was swept clean of any dirt/debris.

Go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and understand everything about the rental agreement. They are also willing to change things later if a problem arises.

Great place to rent a small office/warehouse. Just the right size for a company starting out.

Shelby and Cannon were great! Shelby was only on his second day on the job, and by the way he explained everything, you wouldn't even know. He has great customer service skills and a welcoming personality. We toured a couple of units, went over the numbers, and the paperwork was completed pretty quickly. Their price matching special came in really handy. The units are clean, the gated area appears to be secure, as you need an access code to enter and exit the premises. There are cameras throughout, along with rat traps on every aisle. It was a great experience, a great location, and the units are reasonably priced for the area.

Cannon was an great! I had very little time as a needed a unit last minute, he helped w all the paperwork and got me in and out in less than 10 minutes. He wanted me to look at the unit and the first on he showed me was exactly the size I need. Great experience and the facility is extremely clean and reasonably priced especially for the area.

The name of the unit is the right name. It is the RIGHTSPACE. The employees, especially Canon went out of their way to male tjhe move-in as painless as possible.

The storage unit building was very clean and our contents were safe and no mice, etc. The auto payment worked very well. The storage unit rate was raised twice in a short time which was a concern.

Even though this is a smaller facility I really like going to this location for shipping packages. As a small business owner I understand the importance of good to excellent customer service and these guys are all helpful in every way. They are very patient and are always more than willing to help me getting my items together. I'd give them a try.

The staff is nice enough. Online payment option is convenient. What sent me packing was being charged a fee if my payment was late. The fee was for them putting a second lock on the door. In my opinion that's just part of the job, it's not like it's any effort on their part. It seems these days anyone and everyone is looking for any reason to punish...and punish with extraction of cash resources. There is no consideration, however it is a fine line to walk as if you give an inch..95% will take a mile. I won't...but 95% will.

Found the right storage size for me at a descent price. It's clean and a safe place for me to come to and store my items. Bob was great to work with. I'll come back here again.

We've been with what is now RightSpace for years, never a problem with payments online, building problems, etc. Access is a little tough with a truck due to location of gate code mechanism, but not a dealbreaker, just could be a little easier for the driver (can't get a full size truck thru the curved drive, have to get out and key in code. Possibly a little better HVAC maintenance and repair in the climate controlled units (we have 2 there), sometimes it is not great! Even with all the above, I doubt we would change facilities, price is reasonable enough, though would like an option on the insurance thing, since our homeowners covers as well.

We keep our RV here and so far things have been great. The site manager, Bob, is always ready to help and takes care of things quickly.

We recently started a new business and outgrew our home office. We were in need of an affordable office and warehouse space. I contacted Bob the manager and he could not have been more accommodating. He helped us to obtain our city occupancy and worked with us on an office that provided the space we needed at a rate we could afford. The team is always available when we need them and are a joy to work with. I would highly recommend Store More not only for the great service they provide but for the friendly people who are a pleasure to work with.
