I have been a customer of Right Space Storage for many years with multiple units. Great place to rent a storage unit. It’s clean and secure. Becky the new manager is fabulous. She is nice, attentive and very customer service oriented. My only two issues are: lack of a doily. And I had an issue on a Saturday that they closed the office without notice. Corporate sent the employee to another location. Closed all day and sing did not state it. Several customers were just hanging out waiting for it to open. Besides these issues this is a great storage place with very nice staff.

Well, I was very disappointed that the prices for my storage unit went up 57$ more a month. But,I must say that " REBECCA" saved this widow, sooo much heartache and Anxiety. KUDDOS to her that she was able to find me another storage unit nearby at a little less a month.I am in tears right now,but this time of joy that she was able to find me this so quickly and worked w me. She is such an asset to your company and presented the outcome not only expediently, but with professionalism and compassion. Thank you, Rebecca, because of employees such as yourself, I will be coming back. (( PS, she definitely needs a raise!!))

I could not be more satisfied with this location in Round Rock. The pricing is very fair, and the indoor, climate-controlled common areas and units themselves are kept spotless. Even the outside, drive up units are sealed well enough to keep excess dust from entering the units, unlike other storage places in the area. In addition to the above, you will not find a better manager than Becky. She is wonderful to work with and her level of customer care far exceeds any facility in the area. Ask for her by name, she will take excellent care of you!

Girl needed to rent another unit the property manger Becky showed us another unit right away and even helped us figure which would be the best size for my girls teacher stuff. Definitely would recommend to others prices are beautifully priced. Keep up the great work

Most convenient USPS service for the Brushy Creek area. Staff are friendly and hours are clearly posted online. Recently heard that they will be stopping USPS service, and I am very disappointed to hear this. I hope they find a way to continue to continue USPS service!

I have been using RightSpace's post office services for years as the staff is always friendly and the location is convenient and quicker than the post office.

Shout out to this location for making our lives so much easier than going to the post office. It's close, very little wait time. AND these guys remained open when there was a sewer line break in their mall area, which had to make the smell unbearable to work there, even with all the doors wide open - I know it was strong just for me in the little time I was in there. It was extra important during the holiday rush for your customers - and we sure do appreciate it!! Thank you!!

I am so sad and upset that the post office desk in Right Space is closing. You have no idea how many people use this small post office and how much time it saves everyone. To go anywhere else takes so much time both in traveling time and in time simply standing and waiting to be served. The people here at Right Space are the best in the world, always polite, caring, helpful in the highest degree. In a day and age when Time is such a huge commodity it would be nice to think that someone cared ( in the old fashioned way) to keep this business open to serve the local people and to create harmony by doing so instead of discord by sending them elsewhere. PLEASE reconsider your plan to take away our little sub post office.

Good location, tight security, easy access to climate controlled unit, clean hallways, sufficient light while accessing the unit. I won't take a star away for this, but my only complaint would be the very small cart provided for transporting items from vehicle to unit.

Rented unit online on a Sunday while office was closed, got unit number and access code emailed to me right after payment. Hardest part was having to find a cylinder lock for the door while the office was closed. Ended up finding one nearby.

Rented space online but needed to adjust our arrival date, all the employees were extremely pleasant and consistent in their follow ups , to the extent of a warm personal welcome when we did arrive. Storage is secure and well kept Very pleased with all aspects of the experience

Went in to mail two boxes and there was no wait. The young gentleman who waited on me was very friendly and knew his job very well.

Staff onsite were very helpful, knowledgeable and processed our information in a quick manor. Very happy to find the right size for our needs.

Arrived just before closing and was permitted to finish addressing my packages and have them processed, which was after closing time. The gentleman was very accommodating. Great place to have in the neighborhood!

My favourite post office. Clean, quick, competent. Whenever I have to use a 'regular' post office I am always reminded of how much better it is with a private business. Been going there for years.

Rental application process was quick and easy. I shopped around for best rates and came back to RightSpace (I have another unit rented as well). The staff has been great, the facility is clean, and they are competitively priced.

I have an antique car that has to be garage all the time. water heater bursting my house flooded the garage and first floor of my home. Due to needed repairs I had to put the car in storage. They had a spot for me and reserved it for me right away and held it for a week. Took me right in and got everything squared away and no issues at all. Good place and friendly people.

The representative that assisted me was extremely helpful. The connection between myself, the representative, and the location needed additional information, however, all was worked out easily.

Staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. I have never rented storage before but as far as I could tell there are only a few differences one to another and this place has awesome staff and for that reason I would use them again even if there were more practical competitors.

Kind people and great facility

RightSpace Storage was a great place to house my things temporarily. Staff was always so kind and accommodating, even though I was late with my payments several times. They were kind and professional. The unit I had was climate controlled and kept pretty clean. The only recommendation I would offer is to have more rolling carts available. Often times we would have to spend a lot of time trying to hunt one down. Other than that, this is a great place to store your things.

These folks are so helpful! I upgraded to a larger unit. They found me the size storage space I wanted in the same building. Made my move a snap. The area is always clean with easy access. The staff is friendly and prices are on par or better than what you will find elsewhere. Highly recommended.

Only ever came here to mail things out. Joyce is so wonderful and accommodating. She goes out of her way to make sure you get the best price. I wish they would open the drive thru again, but it's understandable that people take advantage and don't use it as a drop off only.

This is my go-to place for our USPS shipping needs. They are always helpful and friendly, which isn't always the case at other places I've been to. Not only do they have all the USPS supplies I could ever ask for, they don't up-charge for their services. What you'd pay at the Post Office is what you pay here, but here you also get a smile.

I was unexpectedly surprised by how great the service was at the storage unit. I had come up from Florida to help my dad who was sick and broke down and needed a place to store his stuff for now. They were very very helpful, nice and went above and beyond the normality help me. Plus the price was awesome.

I had to fly to Texas to help my dad who had tried to drive there from Florida and broke down in the middle of nowhere. From the moment I left, the trip was truly overwhelming and hard. After I finally got my dad taken care of and on the plane, I found this storage unit and decided to give it a shot. They were amazing. They were very thoughtful and helpful and went out of their way to help me as much as possible. I highly recommend this place. And the price was perfect.

Everyone is friendly and very helpful

Went in yesterday to finalize a reserved space to store household goods and wanted to view the space before signing paperwork to ensure that the space was going to be large enough. Graciously showed me the exact unit I had reserved and an additional larger unit, and after realizing for sure the first space was not adequate, went with the larger unit which was actually more convenient and right next to an entry door. Couldn't be happier with the customer service and the quality of the facility and the unit. Highly recommend RightSpace Storage to anyone looking for a storage facility.

These guys are awesome! They’ve got a great location, and if you come during open hours and the gates lock, you can still leave without feeling you’ve been locked-in! The rates are good, and the site is well maintained! The sales staff are awesome!!!

Used this place for storage during our move. Decent pricing, nice staff, clean and secure units. Would be nice if you could use you own locks instead of buying one from them, but they were cheap enough and worked well.

The process to rent a storage unit was an easy set up. They were kind to show me the unit and help me understand how the lock works. The unit was clean and in good order. My only complaints are: 1) The climate controlled units are not very cool. It was cool enough that my plastic items didn't melt, but definitely not cool enough to cool me down while moving things in and out. 2) I think they only have 1 cart for the whole complex. A few times my husband had to go into each building, only to find one in the very last building on the premises. Very inconvenient and time-consuming.

Great customer service and flexible with their contract to a degree, not a stickler for every word in the contract. The place is clean and easy access as most storage facilities. They could us more carts and change the locking system. You need to purchase ($12) a special lock for your storage space, and that lock (barrel type) will not work on anything else. It was the cheapest storage place we found...there's one down the road that cost a lot more for the same space. Great Storage Facility!

Clean, well kept facility.

Just rented a climate -controlled space this past weekend. The staff was very helpful, drove us down to the unit in the Texas heat, showed us where it was. Unit was clean and in good condition. He omitted showing us exactly how the lock worked, though, but we managed to figure it out in a couple of minuutes when we went back the next day (You have to close the latch, insert the lock with the key in it, lock with the key, then extract the key from the lock. To unlock, you insert the key, turn it to unlock, remove the lock and key from the slot - then slide the latch open). I guess we could have asked him to show us how it works. Other than that, things went well, he showed us how the gate lock codes worked, made copies of driver license, etc., explained the contract. Easy Peasy. Overall a pleasant experience.

I signed up for a storage space today so we would have a space for our stuff while we are renovating and preparing our house to sell. The staff at RightSpace could not have been more helpful and friendly. They took me over to look at the space before I finished the paperwork to make sure I was happy with the size of it. They demonstrated how to use their locks which was great because I had never seen one like the ones used at their facility. They made everything very clear and very straightforward. I am really happy with how they treated me as a customer and I am really happy with the location and quality of the storage space. It is clean and the climate control is very effective.

Great location. 10pm-6am the gate is closed so that is a little tricky at night when your wife dumps large amounts of stuff in your truck to "take to the storage unit real quick".

I was sending a parcel to Canada at the USPS but the parcel was not yet complete. I went in about a week prior to sending the parcel and the staff took the time and informed me exactly what I had to do. I followed their instructions at home and printed the necessary (International) paperwork. When I returned to the USPS office a few days later to mail my parcel, the original staff member who helped me previously, recognized me and immediately took care of the package. The USPS staff were accommodating, polite & professional. I intend to use this location for all my mail services going forward.

I found Right Space Storage (the name changed) online in a haste to find a place to put all my wordly possessions. I completed the info on sparefoot and the pricing was exactly what I needed. This was my first storage experience and Russell called me to confirm my arrival. After driving from Chicago, Russell was just what the doctor ordered. He was so patient and kind and prepared my paperwork for me so I would not have to return until necessary. Russell spirit really lifted my spirits and each time I talk with him he is just as kind. He accommodated me when I needed extra supplies and water on those extra hot days. Russell has made my storage experience so pleasant and I will be certain to tell all my family and friends about Right Space Storage.

Been using them for USPS services for years as an "annex" depot for my prepaid packages. Scanning in USPS priority items has been an issue when I drop the off here (they didn't, they did for a brief while, now they font) but overall, it's super convenient and I appreciate the service.

Great customer service, very friendly and pleasant. Cleanliness is great, and I've had no problems with them. They are always nice to me, and I can understand the delays as it is not in their control. And they are still kind, even with the frustrations of the job and situations.

I have used them on several different occasions for both my storage and postal needs. They have always given me the best customer service! They have recently changed managers, and Russel is the best! He greets everyone with a smile, gets to know his customers by name, and wont let you leave without a handshake. The office is always clean and neat, even during the busiest holiday seasons. I have never had a less than great experience there, and would recommend them to anyone for storage or shipping. They are quick and efficient at making sure to save people's time without compromising great, quality customer service!!
