The manager of the 39th St location in Temple (Rebekka) does an amazing job. She has a very pleasant wok ethic and is so easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable regarding the units available and pricing. She was especially helpful in deciding what size a unit would be needed for the amount of furniture we have to store. All questions were handled in a professional manner and we are very pleased with our decision. I hope management appreciates they asset they have, with Rebekka. Employees like that not only help a business grow, but also to maintain the customers they already have. In this unsteady economy, that's money in the bank. Thanks again!

Rebecca was extremely helpful though the whole process- from move in, drilling lock holes and move out. Any time I had questions she was more than happy to help. In top of friendly staff, its super clean. 10/10 recommend this place.

Well! My experience with the agent was fabulous and fantastic she was a pleasant person. It was a pleasure to be able to know her and meet her. She took very good care of me. She was very explanatory and clear about her information and contract. She explained everything to me in detail and to the letter.. she also took me to show me the correct and proper size of the unit that I rented. I have never met a person like her and been treated so well at a company. I definitely would recommend her and the storage company as one of the best to rent with and be a part of. Moving in was very simple and they even found helped me locate storage for our cargo trailer.

Recently visited, 8 Jan 25. Facility was very clean and appeared to be a well maintained secure storage facility. I spoke with the Property Manager, Rebeca, she was courteous and very helpful.

Incredible start to the journey with this place

I rented from this storage facility for 3 years and never had issues. The staff always answered my questions - the customer services was always great. I did not have any issues with rodent feces on any of my items once I moved everything out. In addition, the area is extremely secure for all renters and clean. The company was also great by communication updates via e-mail. I like the fact they have a portal available for customers to pay instead of calling to make a payment.

I've been renting here since May 2023. Never had issues with staff or my unit. My things were safe and Rebecca is so awesome and professional. 5 stars would recommend!

My move in was relatively easy online. I was looking for climate controlled storage and Move it had the best rates for the size I needed. The property manager has the best personality and the sweetest disposition... Needless to say, I love it here‼️‼️‼️‼️

I needed a storage unit quickly and the staff here was incredibly helpful with it. I’ve had a unit here for about a year without any issues. There were a few time where I was late with the payments and they were nice enough to call me before there was an extra cost. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend.

I needed a storage unit quick after a natural disaster, May 22, 2024. When I called to set it up, the person who helped me was nice and the process was smooth. Location in Temple TX is easy to navigate and the woman inside was also nice and helpful.

Very easy to reserve a spot. Less than 15 minutes online. Highly recommend.

Stored items there for a year. Climate control was great. All items were just as they were when I stored. Clean units and friendly staff.

The staff have always been helpful and friendly. I felt my belongings were safe in my climate controlled unit. My only small complaint was that often times the most convenient exit gate was not functional.

Everything went very smooth until it was time to enter the inside storage.. i was not given code once I entered the access gate.

Have a storage unit here and the place is very clean and the storage unit doors look nice and secure. Only issue is they only want to give me a 30 day notice of monthly increase. It would be nicer if they gave you more of a heads up on the increase.

Like the way they stay on top of things.. when the code Gates down they try to get it fixed as soon as possible. Peanuts are well maintained I haven't seen any proof of rodents roaches or anything like that at these units. Internet to be a plus when anybody's trying to look for a storage unit. Great job keep it up
